We purchased the large Liverpool wooden puzzle. It was challenging puzzle to make and fun to do together over Christmas. My son is excited to mount it on his bedroom wall. We had a small issue with the puzzle and customer service was very responsive and dealt with the issue straight away. I would recommend this company and love their products.

Great quality and speedy response. My grandson is a faithful admirer of Lionel Messi and enjoyed putting these puzzles in his room.

I was excited to receive two puzzles for my grandsons! The craftsmanship shows real quality. Due to some weather conditions I dealt with Victoria in customer support and she was amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family.

A day after major surgery I mistakenly ordered two identical Iconic puzzles for Christmas. I realized my mistake and emailed Iconic's 24/7 contact person, she understood my problem, adjusted the order and posted it. Like magic things were good. The Christmas gift never made it though because I used the wrong address (did I mention surgery). Iconic understood my dilemma resubmitted my request (with the correct address). Not only are their puzzles the best but their customer service is great!

I'm very impressed with the quality of the puzzle, and maybe even moreso, with the company's customer service.
I was first turned on to Iconic Puzzles through a targeted Instagram ad and was intrigued by what looked like an awesome product with some much-better-than-average quality parts.
I was disappointed to see that the set that was shipped to me was stolen before I got to enjoy it and put it together with my son. After sharing this with the company and biting the bullet and buying another set, they were kind enough to offer to send me another set, on them.
It was unexpected and a very nice gesture. Hard to find customer service & generosity like that anymore!
Once received, I was even more pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pieces and the quality assurance that had all pieces there and fitting great!
I will certainly be ordering from them again and if you're on the fence, absolutely order and enjoy some quality products and top-tier service!!

One of the most difficult, challenging and ENJOYABLE puzzles I have ever work. Loved it.

I ordered a puzzle as a Christmas present for my husband that I knew he would love. When it arrived, it was stolen off my porch before I got home. This was heartbreaking. After contacting Iconic they are offering to replace the order at no charge. That is amazing customer service. I did not expect that. My husband will love it. Thank you Iconic!

I ordered a midsize wood puzzle of my alma mater's emblem with the university wordmark school name and team nickname and the puzzle arrived with a neat wooden box with the puzzle in a tidy fabric bag. I'll have to find something to do with it bcause its much too nice to just throw away. I'm not a "hoarder" but I understand why those people are the way they are.

The puzzle pieces are crisply cut and little works of art on their own, particularly the little athletes. A wooden puzzle is different from the traditional cardboard puzzle however, and the experienced puzzle solver (assembler?) will have to adapt.

Because of the way wooden puzzles are made there has to be room for the "saw cuts" and therefore the fit isn't as snug as a cardboard puzzle. That means the pieces can twist in their position and make other pieces hard to fit. That's just the way wooden puzzles are, I presume. This was my first wooden puzzle and this is just the way it seems to be.

Secondly, my alma mater's primary logo is a large block letter and the wordmark fairly repetitive. There's little in context clues to the way the puzzle goes together. I found the best way to fit the puzzle together was to use a magnifying glass to use the picture of the puzzle on the box to follow the lines and match the pieces.

It would be so much nicer if Iconic would just provide a paper "map"--a cheat sheet--of the puzzle. Put a sticky over the edge of the map to make a deliberate choice to make it too easy.

But making it easier should truly be an option. I was about to quit before using the miniature map available. It still would require more than the four to six hours they say it will take but it would help most of the would-be wood puzzle solvers.

A hint to those who undertake solving one of these wooden puzzles with the tiny athletes, regardless of the videos, put the athletes in when you can. You won't be sliding them in after all the other pieces are put together.

Finally, after completion, the puzzle is very "fragile." because the puzzle pieces are loose fit, it's easy to bump them apart and have to reassemble hopefully only some of the puzzle. I hear Porky Pig saying "be very, very careful" when I've moved the assembled puzzle. I haven't mounted it yet but I can see that it won't be a simple task.

My puzzle was missing a piece and when I notified Iconic I received a prompt response and they have promised a solution to the problem.

Iconic puzzles have been so brilliant, my puzzle was delivered to the wrong address by Evri. Iconic puzzles have sent me a new puzzle, even though this wasn’t their fault. Amazing customer service & highly recommend, so understanding & caring with what is a special jigsaw to my grandson. Thank you so much!

My 9 year old and 7 year old absolutely loved doing this puzzle! Was so much fun ! Thanks for a great product!

Excellent service from start to finish.
Order arrived on time and well packed.

This was a present for my grandson. (2025)
He really enjoyed assembling the puzzle.
Unfortunately his dog managed to bite one of the pieces in half.

I contacted Iconic puzzles asking if they would be able to send out the piece at my expense.
The replied straight away and to my surprise the are going to send out a complete new puzzle at no cost to me.

What a fantastic service.
I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and use again in the future.

I received the Liverpool premier league champions puzzle for Christmas this year. It was very fun to assemble without being too easy. Unfortunately I broke one of the pieces but they said they would send me an entirely new puzzle with all costs covered so they have great service as well!

What an absolute shambles of a company … item arrived delayed and was offered a refund but this didn’t happen so contacted my bank who refunded me but then since took it back off me , was promised a refund but no one even replied to me numerous times from iconic unless I threatened going to Trustpilot
The customer service of this company is the worse I’ve seen and I’d recommend people to be extremely careful when buying anything from them and if you do and you have any issues then good luck this company don’t reply and then if they finally do they just fob you off

I brought a Kevin de bruyne puzzle for my son from iconic puzzles and there was a puzzle piece missing i message them straight away and they are sorting the puzzle out straight away I would highly recommend buying from here there defo worth the money as I’m going to buy more Manchester City wooden puzzles

We purchased two puzzles and thoroughly enjoyed putting them together! This was a great activity for my 7- and 9-year-old boys- we completed the puzzles in around 2 hours. The completed picture (also serving as the box top), available with removable stand pieces, was extremely helpful and the quality overall was excellent!

Excellent customer service and brilliant product. Disappointed that delivery was later than expected and the box arrived slightly damaged. Contacted support who responded quickly and resolved issues within minutes. Puzzle is great quality and lots of fun to build.

I ordered two NFL helmet puzzles from Iconic Puzzles. I am very satisfied with the quality. The wooden box also makes a good impression. The delivery was fast and even before Christmas. The colors shine and the overall picture is great. A definite recommendation.
