Great products. Excellent communication. Fast delivery

Bought some cheap wall lights and shade, wasn’t expecting much to be honest. Pleasantly surprised, delivery was quick, products seem reasonable quality. One of my lights was broken on arrival (the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) so I called and they arranged another to be sent as next day delivery. Received yesterday - great customer service. Will definitely be back next time I need lights...

Great service. Ordered a couple of things from there now, fast delivery.
Last Friday when Hermes delivered my lamp they threw my fragile box (that was clearly marked fragile) over my 8 foot back gate and it was completely smashed and the base chipped.
I called iconic lights and they sent another one out on the 24 hour next day delivery service. I didn’t need to send the smashed one back or send them pics or anything. What a fab company, will definetly recommend.

Lost my order! Placed a large order but it didn't arrive. Rang the customer service line and they told me it was lost, the guy wasn't even convinced the lights existed. Apparently they implemented a new order system and have lost lots of orders recently or sent them with wrong addresses. All I got told was oops I think we lost it, do you want 10% off your next order. My response was I would like my current order first. Just bought my first house and have mostly second hand furniture but wanted to treat myself to a new light for each room, shame they never arrived.

Top class service I ordered 2 wonderful lights but one was damaged.i emailed the store and no quibble they have sent me a replacement by express delivery .what a difference when blinds direct left all my blinds outside behind a wall and out of site for days in all the rain and snow they took several weeks to replace my order first I had to parcel up the blinds at my own cost as all the packaging was of no use then I had to wait until they received the blinds then do my reorder which I had to chase week after week. Their customer service is nil....so once again top marks to iconic lights..and they are very elegant

Bought a light disco ball for my son looked amazing waited weeks never received it contacted them they say it had been lost but they never thought to tell me?! Finally I received one the next day for it to be broken. Very disappointed but they did give me a refund as I didn't want to waste my time getting a third one. And just told me to bin it which I was pleased about I didn't want to waste more time sendining it back.

Ordered a light and bulb.
Light was fine but the bulb blew within 2 weeks of hardly any use.
Asked for a replacement, which they dealt with very politely and swiftly, then this one blew as well within 3 weeks of very little use.
I emailed and I asked if there were any other bulbs they could give me as this one is obviously a cheap brand.
Recieved and email back not apologising and very blunt compared to my first interaction saying it was their only brand. Rude customer service and shoddy product (bulb not light)
Dont by the bulbs.

PUsed a couple of times recently for my daughter’s property redecoration and excellent each time. Fast despatch. Faster than expected. Products all good quality and value. Had a problem with my computer crashing when I was paying. Saw two pending transactions on my online banking a couple of days later. Before I contacted company they had corrected. Very good customer service and honesty. Definitely recommend. Used for my mum when she moved home and she was pleased too, so something for three generations and different tastes.

Return system makes it very difficult to return. You have to request a return note . They said they didn't receive a package I sent back so I list my money . Will never use them again.

Placed an order, received the usual junk e-mail and request for a Trustpilot review but hadn’t received confirmation of a delivery date, so asked customer service. Was told so sorry blah blah no longer in stock we can get it to you in May. I asked for a refund. Two days after received another excuse as to why it could not be delivered and an offer of refund.
Well yet to receive a refund, Customer service rubbish suggest you avoid this company I certainly will.

Placed one order with them which was fine, got round to placing another order which was a disaster from the beginning. I received no tracking details for over a week, therefore decided to contact Iconic Lights using Facebook messenger who advised me of a Hermes tracking number. I then tracked the parcel for two days which had no update since ti placed my order over a week ago. I then contacted IL via Facebook messenger again who said they are not sure where my order is and will send me a replacement. I told them i was not happy with the lack of communication, and got a 10% promo code when i can reorder using a 15% promo code received through a newsletter. Funnily enough, i don't think i'll be using that 10% off code or placing another order with you again. Customer service needs improving massively.

Quality was shocking, no self respecting person would want these lights in their homes.
The customer service was even worse, took a day off to wait for the product to be collected, they failed to book it in despite sending me an email confirmation, then were rude over the phone.

Unless you want to punish yourself, stay away

Really good quality of products and arrived fast. So much cheaper then local shops too.

The lights I ordered were listed as ‘brushed chrome’. The lights I have received are polished chrome. When I have followed this up I have been told it is a “listing error, we don’t do those lights in brushed chrome”. It was well into the phone call before an apology was even offered. Really poor service and incorrect products sent to me. 1/10

Hugely disappointed when a flat envelope turned up with my nearly £20 light that I had to build myself! The finished product is nice however the company need to clearly state that this comes in many many pieces and is incredibly fiddly to put together. This would certainly put me off buying from this site again in the future.

Poor customer service.
I dont know why they have a phone number to call as they cannot do anything to help as it all seems to be controlled by the warehouse computer.
Says you can collect your items - only days after placing the order?
You cant amend an order (wanted to add on) can only refund and place the order again.

We ordered a beautiful ceiling light/fan. It looks so well made. The only issue we had was that there was a small but noticeable dent on the blades, we contacted Customer Services and they resolved the issue right away. The company were a pleasure to deal with, we would use them again without hesitation.

I ordered 2 lightshades, one made partially from glass and a shelf light. All three items arrived extremely fast and in excellent condition. The price was amazing for the unique items I purchased, they are well made and seem durable. I will now purchase all future lighting from Iconic lights!! already recommended to all my friends, family and colleagues!

I just wanted to say that i ordered a floor lamp from this company yesterday,it is now taking pride of place in my living room, i'm
soo very very pleased with it .the price for it was actually cheaper than amazon SURPRISE SURPRISE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE quality and service was second to none.i feel this company

Ordered three lights - two table lamps and one floor lamp. All arrived very quickly, all were just as described and such great value for money!
