Great product fast shipping great packing great value

The Lifesaver Cube is excellent providing clean drinking water when travelling in our motorhome. It has stopped us buying bottled water drastically reducing the number of single use water bottles we use. It’s great for the environment.

Delivery was painless and my first impressions are it's a well made piece of kit so far so good. Now well see how it operates in the field.

My Cube has been delivered today, ahead of schedule, which is great. What's not so great, is the € 45,- of import duties that I had to pay. Sure there is a disclaimer upon checkout that there may or may not be a charge, but € 45,- on a € 118,- product seems a bit steep.. Haven't used the product so no full review here, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering from the mainland Europe.

Currently I have not received my order so I am unable to leave an honest review. I had to phone a week later to check my order had been received to be told that they were on back order and should be shipped later that week. I still have not received my order and it’s poor customer service that I have to chase my purchase

I used to take distilled water on all of my camps but for anything longer than 2 days requires my Lifesaver Jerry can which makes dirty pond and river water taste better than Nasty English Tap Water

I have not used the lifesaver yet, but shipping was extremely fast and no issues at Customs. UK to West Coast Canad in a week, very impressive.

Carbon filters ordered and delivered in five business days. Online order to Great Briton, shipped to Canada. Recommend and will purchase again.

I love how the pump and filter are already contained in a hardened case to be used as your reservoir, perfect for my raft trips.... its also super cool how the spray attachment will work even if the can is lower than the sprayer. Great product!!! very well thought out... Love the replacement charcoal inserts too to keep the water tasting better.

Superb Service. I tripled my order as the internet connection was dodgy. It was resolved before I knew about it.

…Attachment is a piece of junk, especially when compared to the very high quality of the Lifesaver jerrycan itself.
The second time I tried to use it the sprayer disintegrated. The cheap, thin black plastic section, where it screws on to the silver section broke at the threads (see pic). I didn’t pay much attention/notice how cheaply this was made until it broke.
I was using this as part of a truck camper remodel so didn’t open the package until after any return date.
*Though I purchased this from REI I contacted Lifesaver about it and got a useless response that did not directly address the message/questions I sent them.

I was absolutely amazed how fast the shipment arrived at my front door. For an international shipment around Christmas time it was certainly out of the ordinary. In comparison,I ordered something from a Canadian Company to be delivered by Canada Post, which took almost a month!
Kudos to you for your excellent service.I can't comment on the product itself since I haven't unpacked it yet. I am sure I won't be disappointed.
