Breach of guidelines
Don't trust them , what is published is not as described.
I needed a service provider for incorporate a UK company with a full package comprehensive of the registered office address, so I decided to contact them. But with my surprise, the prices posted were completely different on what published. After having made the choice of one of their packages with several referral bank's accounts, which are not for you (the money referrals arrives directly to them - as explicated in every banks online), I discovered that the only service they provides for more than £100 until £200 /year is for a simple registered address, not else. After that and watching their faqs , is not clear to understand when a contract expire and which are the rules for do not renew their fantastic services.

Registered / Virtual address packages for 1 year start from only £45 not from £100. With regards to cash rewards from banks, some banks pay the cash direct to clients. Some of the banks pay the cash to us and we then share it with clients. This is all clearly stated on our website. Essential service for the voluntary sector and small business
Having struggled trying to do the process of identification for companies house I was ready to resign! But came across Icon - seemed too good to be true but I was desperate and .... they did exactly what it says on the label - a refreshing change! Very helpful polite young man.
I had a message the day before delivery asking for details. The day of delivery i had a call 30 mins before the guy arrived.
Very polite, happy young man who removed the old mattress and took the new one upstairs, unwrapped it and put in on the bed for me. Didnt want any help (I'm in my 70s). and was extremely careful of my walls and lampshades. Very happy customer.

No Need to worry, this is the real deal.
I had to verify my identity with companies house but had my identity check turned down when doing this on companies house site directly, this presented me with a problem as I was a victim of identity theft last year and therefore was very sceptical about what details I realised to who, I came across this company and checked them via the HMRC website and found they were listed on HMRC register. I paid the fee and supplied the information required, I was reassured that if they could not verify me the fee would be fully refunded, I needed not worry, all came back today which was very quick and a code provided by companies house.
All in all a very simple process and fully satisfied with the results and can assure anyone concerned about security, this company is the real deal and does exactly what it offers in terms of the checks I required, found the site was easy to navigate and the information was easy to download to them.

100% avoid these scammers they hold your mail hostage. they get you hooked in with a cheap deal but only way to get your mail is to go into the office during office hours at a specific time or upgrade to the very expensive package honestly wish i never saw them
