I booked a reservation and they overbooked themselves and did not allow me to park. This is a horrible system, I don’t understand how you could possibly run a business like this.

Booked a space and paid but no confirming email sent to me. This is a central office problem not a problem with local garage.

They couldn't find my car for about 30 minutes... it was really crazy and I thought about calling the police to report a stolen vehicle.

I had to book quickly, however, could not make the reservation and did not cancel in time. Contacted customer service and they cancelled for me and money was refunded.

Great Staff - excellent experience
Not only was the place extremely clean and well lit for a parking garage… But the staff incredible friendly, helpful and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience. You clearly hire great people and make parking for a day or evening in Manhattan an easy and affordable experience.

Careful- Website is not run by the business
I pre-booked through the website. And it seems that another site was involved, because when I went to show my confirmation, it was no where to be found & the credit card had been charged. I had to pay again when I was at lot. Thought it was me, but happened to my son also.
Will have to call the card company. now to dispute 1 charge.
