No transparency until after you want to pay for something.
Prices are not transparent. You think you are getting a blog post for 20$ then suddenly you find out you need to pay extra for someone to post it.

I've had a poor experience with this site. I ordered two guest posts, and after nearly a month, neither has been completed.
The site itself doesn't seem very professional. I tried to withdraw my money since my orders weren't fulfilled, but the support team took three days to respond and then informed me that it would take a month to get my funds back.
I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend their services.
