Great service from iCrack Poole
I required a replacement battery for my iPad Pro as the operation time had decreased over 5 years of use. The team at Poole were very helpful and arranged this replacement efficiently and my iPad is back with me in great condition. They noticed an issue with the charging port whilst with them and arranged that too for a very reasonable rate and all is great now. The new battery is significantly better and has extended operational time considerably. Great team and i would highly recommend.

These guys always look for the best solution
These guys always look for the best solution, not the most expensive.
I have been to them with a battery on my iPhone not holding charge, a cracked screen on the same iPhone and a cracked screen protector.
They are always very welcoming and professional and have sorted out all my issues with the minimum of fuss. If they can, they fix it there and then. If not then they will tell me to come back in an hour and it is always fixed.
Highly recommend everyone to use them!

Seeing that they offered a one hour…
Seeing that they offered a one hour service I asked iCrack Gloucester how much to fit my new screen to my Macbook. The cost would be £50. I was told, so I brought it in a few days later when they told me that it would actually cost £80. I agreed and returned one hour later to collect. The manager showed me a picture on his phone of a water damaged laptop which he claimed was mine and would have to charge me a further £35. for fixing this. I paid £114.95. and took home my laptop. Within weeks, the screen began to flicker and show signs of breaking down. I returned to the store and was told that the screen was faulty and that I should return it to the supplier for a refund. They offered to supply and fit a new screen at a special price. I declined and took it to a trusted Mac technician who told me that the screen had been improperly fitted causing the ribbon connectors to be crushed every time the machine was closed, and that there was no sign of any water damage. I returned to iCrack with his report and asked for compensation for the cost of the screen and fitting. £309.98. After many visits and phone conversations with their head office, they finally agreed to pay. But it may take up to six weeks! Six weeks came and went with no Payment. Several more visits and another promise to pay within seven days. still no payment. The manager then said I would be paid within 48 hours if I would accept their offer of £250. By then, I had driven to Gloucester many times. A round trip of 26 miles. I decided to cut my losses and accept. I received £250. 2 days later. (January 2026) Due to the incompetence and dishonesty of this company, I am out of pocket by over £100. To say nothing of the stress and sleepless nights I experienced trying to deal with people whose English was not easily understood and whose culture, it seems, does not include honesty and honour in business. This is the WORST TRADER I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Unprofessional and intimidating behaviour
I had a very poor experience at the iCrack store in Chelmsford today.
After buying an iPhone charging cable for £25, I returned shortly afterwards to ask for a refund, having found the same item cheaper elsewhere. While I understand refund policies, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide any management contact details or offer any alternative solution.
Most concerningly, the employee called the police during this interaction, despite the fact that I remained calm and polite at all times. Using the police to intimidate a customer over a routine refund request is completely unacceptable.
I left the store voluntarily and later discovered that the phone number on their flyer rang back to the same employee, making escalation impossible.
Very unprofessional experience
I went to the Chiswick branch big…
I went to the Chiswick branch big mistake, not only did I have to go back once but twice. The first time the screen was too thick and was not was responding. Took it back and they changed it for what I thought was a better screen paid extra £125. After living with it for a week, I realise that it was just too sensitive. Whilst in my pocket, it would take pictures. Send messages. You lock it put it in your pocket and just unlock again and then the phone would block for 10 minutes before I could reuse it again. They are seriously a bunch of Cowboys, if you want my opinion, pay the money and go to Apple it works out cheaper in the long run.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Complete waste of time.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged £100 to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen repaired. I had to go back 3 separate times over of 4 weeks, only to end up with a phone that works worse than when I started.
The first LCD screen stopped functioning if more than more finger was used. When I returned, I was told I had to wait another week for a new screen to be ordered. The second screen fixed the touch issue, but the brightness no longer worked.
On the next visit, the repair tech claims that there has been damage to the motherboard which is why the brightness is not working, however this issue wasn’t present before the repair. The phone needs to be sent to the lab to be repaired as they cannot do a motherboard repair in store. At this stage, they also charged me an extra £25 (discounted from £50!) to have an OLED screen put on instead of LCD. After another week, I was given the phone back with brightness working, but soon discovered Face ID no longer worked and the screen began registering phantom touches, making the phone unusable.
When I returned again, they reluctantly agreed to a refund after a lot of arguing, but only if they put my original broken screen back on. This begs the question: why are they keeping hold of broken phone screens? It makes no sense. After “original” screen was put on, the phone was returned in an even worse condition: the screen no longer responds to touch and now has a large white block on one side.
Four weeks, multiple visits, and £125 later, my phone is in worse condition than when I first walked in. Complete waste of time. I would not recommend this shop.
Very helpful!
The two men helped me find exactly what I needed which helped massively with the Christmas shopping rush! Thank you so much☺️
Sam and Harry at the Bournemouth iCrack…
Sam and Harry at the Bournemouth iCrack were both really helpful and speedy with a phone screen repair. They were able to explain what the issue was originally and how to avoid it which I really appreciated. On top of that they offered me a discounted price on a screen protector after the screen repair which was excellent.
Excellent Customer Service
My husband took his phone in as the camera wasn’t working. They were so helpful and managed to repair it. We had tried other places and were told they couldn’t help.
5* to the Market Harborough branch.
I visited the store In Chantry Place…
I visited the store In Chantry Place Shopping Centre, Norwich this morning Saturday 29th November, to buy a second hand iphone. The two guys working there were really helpful and knowledgeable , they helped me choose the phone that suited my budget and then also transferred all my data from old phone to new. I gave them my old phone for recycle. I have used this store in the past for advice re the Apple updates and which kind of phone i would need to buy , that would last a while, also for phone chargers etc. A very good store with great staff, patient, calm and great IT skills.
Husband bought an apple Mac and got ripped off
Husband bought an apple Mac, didn’t get on with it so took back 6 days later, the cost was £400, they offered him £100, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Don’t go here, day light robbing bastards
This was in Northgate street Gloucester, Phone shop
Don't forget ICRACK.

Honest review
I wrote a totally accurate review of the awful service I had from the Ipswich branch in September. The company reported this, but my review was an honest description of the service I received.
