Customer support ghosted me for 4+ business days. No way to cancel online. Had to file dispute with credit card.
Email data is not accurate, had to do lots of manual work to validate it.
Don't waste your time with them.

Go with a different service!
Icy Leads came highly recommended so I thought I would try it out. After trying it out I sent a message to cancel my service. They have not canceled the service and I have been charged for months despite emailing them and asking them to cancel.
I would cancel online but my email and login no longer work!!!! I would go with another service if I were you.

I made a huge mistake.
The data is old and stale, rarely works and it's incredibly hard to get a refund or cancel a subscription.
You will go through pain and misery if you buy this.

Bad Support Try Emailing them Before you Buy they dont Reply
signed up for the trial and cancelled after 3 days and they did cancel the trial and they charged my card! tried contacting support and no response my suggestion is to try emailing them before buying and see they don't respond - ended up lodging a complaint. with my credit card company to get the money back

Bad experience. They don't have video tutorial to show how their software works. The tutorial is through text and images where you don't see much. I find the software hard to navigate and don't understand how it works. You can't cancel your trial on your own, you need to chat with support to ask to cancel and the support is not replying. I'm out.

AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COST.
Literally the worst product in existence. They're basically a full-fledged scam. Find another software for your leads. Their leads are outdated and will bounce causing your emails to go to spam and ruining your sender reputation. Not worth it.

Wanted to start with them, sent messages on chat, emails, Facebook messenger, and still waiting for 2 days with no hope. Very bad support. Seems like they will not answer before you start paying.
