WARNING, automatic subcription of 39,90 euros a month is disguised. After realising I had been charged I canceled and ask for a refund but they refused. The service that I paid 2,90 did not even meet requirements for the photo i needed.

This is a scam website. Fraud. They seem to sell a product of one time payment but indeed they draw monthly payments. Also their product is nothing to have with what is accepted as e-photo in France and can not be utilised for online official applications.

Absolute con. I tried to get a passport photo done, which despite being advertised on the website as acceptable is not acceptable as they are digitally altered. Then, I was automatically signed up for a £40pcm subscription which I never signed up for! Appalling!

Nothing is said when you order your pictures that it is a subscription service and my pictures aren’t even showing on my desktop. Absolutely awful that there is nothing about the cost until after you have paid for the pictures that it has then set you up to a subscription and they then take a further £39 or what ever it was out of your bank account. Awful site.

Warning! Hidden fees and unauthorised subscription charges!
Be extremely careful with this company. I placed a simple order for 4 passport photos last week and paid the agreed price, but they have since taken unauthorized payments from my account.
They charged me an extra £39,90 and then another £6,90 without any warning or clear communication. At no point during the checkout process was I informed that I was signing up for a recurring subscription or that there would be additional costs beyond the photos themselves.
This is a deceptive and predatory business practice. They wait until they have your card details and then hit you with hidden fees. It is incredibly dishonest to charge customers nearly ten times the original price of the photos without consent. Check your bank statements immediately if you have used them! I will be reporting this as a scam to my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Poor image photo was rejected. An attempt was later made on April 26 to charge my card for £39.90. Luckily my bank acted quickly and declined the transaction and froze my card. Buyers beware!

Not good as expected
