Simple, quick and professional

Initially Gareth seemed a pleasant chap on the zoom call who never got back to me despite numerous phone calls and answer phone messages to no avail who has all of my sensitive documents including my passport which has delayed the completion of my house which I find disgusting as well as disturbing. If there is any identity fraud using my documents I sent him i will be pointing the police in Gareths direction. He will tell you he holds no documentation who had them in front of him who could easily do a screenshot of said documents regardless of any 3rd party software he will blame that he claims he has no access too in a previous excuse if a reply below which is for the birds. You get what you pay for and my advice is steer well clear of this charlatan and spend an extra £10 for a service you can depend on without unnecessary frustration and worry. You have been warned.

The whole process of ID verification was very straightforward and clear. Comprehensive instructions were provided prior to the appointment, the appointment took place by Zoom call. George was very professional and helpful. All in all, a painless procedure!

When I eventually made contact with the right person, he was extremely helpful in explaining a complicated process. As well as being polite and friendly, he had a professional approach.

Awful experience do NOT use! answered the call and he was late then extremely rude rushing me for time when I had already uploaded all my documents then starting stating I would be paying more money went from £30 to £99. Stated my forms were not correct and wanted more bank statements from me I ended up having to call 101 due to this feeling like a scam I have now had to freeze my bank account and be mindful of my credit file due to all the information I gave out. I have tried contacting them several times and no response I have emailed but no response. This man was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am yet to find out if this is a scam as ended up leaving the call due to how rude he was being yet all my information for the last 5 years had been sent over.
