I have been planning a range of merchandise, including postcards and greeting cards, for the launch of a photo book. And I've needed packaging!!!!

I love the simplicity of this site. I can find exactly what I need so easily. And delivery is a dream, fast and efficient. Ideal Envelopes will always be my first port of call.

Easy website, really good products and super service each time.

I've had to make two last minute orders for printed envelopes recently with Ideal Envelopes and both times they've been incredibly fast and responsive with the second order arriving in 24 hours.
It all came packaged in paper and card so no plastic waste.
We really appreciate the good service.

I am a regular buyer and can see that efforts are being made to cut down plastic use/waste in packaging but I think it needs to be rethought for larger sheets of paper and card. My order is shrink wrapped and then wrapped in paper and cello tape. My card was damaged at one corner with every sheet dog eared. I think common sense should be applied to each Individual order. The craft sheets used to separate and protect the paper is now much thinner than previously used. Thicker cardstock and a box with paper tape would protect during transit much better than bent sheets wrapped in plastic, which may or may not be recyclable, I didn’t know because it wasn’t advised anywhere on the packaging. The delivery confirmation photo provided by DPD clearly shows how the package was damaged during transit.

Ordered from this company a few times, every time there was an issue.. either wrong size, wrong thickness or wrong quantity sent. Always quick to resolve the issue but when youre trying to run a business delays cost money.
Also within the last month they have increased all of their card blanks by at least double. This is unacceptable when you rely on a service.
I wont be using again and i suggest you look elsewhere before ordering from them .

Ordered some paper but received the wrong sort (apparently when you filter by type on their website it doesn't work).
They advised if I returned it they could refund, I said I didn't want a refund - just the paper that I had searched for (and thought I had purchased) on their site.
Due to COVID was not able to get the paper returned for a while.
Once it was returned I heard nothing back from the company.
I chased up and they advised that yes they had received the paper back but would NOT process the refund (they claimed because of the delay but it is papoer and clearly could not have gone off or had any problems with the COVID delay). I then asked for them to return the paper back to me if they would not give me my money back and they told me that they would only treturn my paper if I sent them more money.
When I pointed out that taking someone's possession and not returning it was tantamount to theft they told me I was rude!!! I pointed out that that is not rudeness but the law in this country.
Really disappointing experience all around.

I purchased a range of glassine bags and other envelopes/packaging and was very pleased with these. Their coloured padded envelopes in particular are superb and I loved that these were cardboard filled, rather than plastic. I also really like that you can buy small amounts, as I did, to test what works well for you. Lots of places only come in larger batches, which is great if you know these are right for you, but not so good if you want to try different options first. The only thing I would say as an area for improvement is to look at the shipping options. I found this to be quite expensive for a few small envelopes and would have preferred a cheaper option to match the packaging.

Recently needed to stock up on board backed envelopes and am really glad to have found the choice of colours on Ideal Envelopes! I used the Irish website and was initially worried that Brexit would affect delivery but they arrived within days! They were also packed nice and sturdy too - I will definitely come back for more 👍

Really nice chap with a sense of humour. Had a covid hiccup but they handled grumpy me very well and went above and beyond to do their best. This first order only a small one but that didn't seem to make any difference. I got big order service and will be be more than happy to order much more, many times!
