Our Pluto hot tub is definitely a welcome escape from all the Covid19 stress. Our 19 month old grandson absolutely loves Nannie and Grandad's "big bath".
We would recommend Ideal Hot Tubs to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub, we cannot fault them.

Great service from order to delivery, delayed due to the current situation but understandably so. Great delivery guys who went the extra mile to get it in situ.

Took delivery of our new Pluto hot tub 2 weeks ago and despite the cold weather, have been in it every day so far. Sourced Ideal Hot Tubs on EBay but felt uncomfortable buying this way, so gave them a call. Got lots of info from Abigail and after thinking it through, placed an order next day. Delivery delayed a bit due to COVID but Ideal kept me informed throughout. Once we had a firm delivery date, the hot tub duly arrived and was set up quickly and efficiently by the delivery team. Great service from start to finish from Ideal and very impressed with the quality for a very competitive price. Can confidently recommend Ideal Hot Tubs without any hesitation.

We purchased a Maldives hot tub and are over the moon with it! The delivery was longer than originally expected due to a mixture of Covid/Brexit delays at the port, but Danielle and Abigail kept us informed along the way on this unfortunate hitch which was obviously totally out of their hands. The after sales care we have received since delivery has been excellent. We would recommend Ideal Hot tubs for their quality products, good value and customer service.

I bought a Maldives hot tub and so did my friend We ordered around the same time and paid the same price when they came hers was different to mine her speakers was on the outside mine was in the inside after less then a year the speakers broke I contacted them and they never got back to me I contacted again after waiting a few months and she gave me new speakers and said we don’t repair but if u pay I’ll send someone out well when I got a independent repair man out she had given me the wrong the speakers so I took them back and she gave me more that she said was right after I sent her photos of mine to then pay again for the speakers to be wrong again and now I Carnt get in touch with them and I still have no working speakers with a hot tub that is now 18months old do not use this company
And in regards to there reply I was within warranty as the speakers broke before it was a year old and also u wouldn’t think to pay all this money for it to last 1 year and yes you offered to send a engineer out for me to pay again I will state I don’t think it should have broken at 1 year old bad services again

I was recommended to Ideal Hot Tubs by a friend, after a lot of shopping around. From my first phone call they where so helpful and emailed over all the information we needed to decide which hot tub to buy. We have had regular updates, great communication and a confirmed delivery date. Deliver day was last Wednesday, I had a text message from Liam to say what time delivery was. They set the tub up and explained everything.

Ideal Hot tubs were a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry through to delivery and after care; we bought two units from them. I was kept update with our order process and projected delivery time. The staff were genuinely helpful and concerned that we had a good experience with them and this was delivered in spades.

Very Knowledgeable about the, hot tubs they sell and what the do, order process very easy, and although we had to wait a while for the hot tub to be delivered (basically everyone wants one during this pandemic) when it was delivered it was handled with care and placed where we wanted it to be put and nothing was too much trouble

Saw the hot tub on e bay so rang the company to enquire. Jo sent us all the relevant information and answered every question we had. We were told about the delay because of COVID and were kept informed fully along the way. The hot tub was installed and we have had A couple of minor issues, none of which were their fault I might add, but they have sorted them fully and quickly. We have rung them many times and they are always happy to help with our many questions as hot tub newbies. Both Danielle and Jo have been very helpful from the start and continue to do so. We would thoroughly recommend buying from them, not only because they are a small independent but because customer service is everything and they give it in bucket loads! The quartz is an amazing hot tub and does everything they said it would! Great value for money, amazing package for us as first time buyers who needed a plug and play to begin with. Full of features, keeps the water hot and looks amazing to boot!

We have just taken delivery of our new Quartz Hot Tub from Ideal Hot Tubs, and we are absolutely over the moon with it. Danielle and the Team couldn’t have been more helpful. We were helped to choose which was the right Tub for us, we were kept up to date with many emails and information whilst we were waiting for our Tub to be made, and all our questions were answered promptly and efficiently, even after our Tub had been delivered. The whole process was made very easy and stress free by the Team, and this was made even more pleasing because of the price we paid. I had made lots of enquiries with various places and had thought that we simply couldn’t afford the kind of Hot Tub we really wanted, but Ideal Hot Tubs really do have prices which seem too good to be true. The quality of the materials and the build seems second to none, and we have the fantastic Geko Controls to keep it all working as it should. Thank you for making our dream Hot Tub a reality!

A good experience with a family run business. The hot tub is great build quality, the Balboa controls easy to use and the Bluetooth speakers surprisingly good quality. The delivery guys were impressively quick, having the hot tub in place in 30 minutes. Very helpful company, my chemicals and spare filter didn't arrive but a quick call and replacements were soon on their way. The Quartz hot tub being more rectangular was the perfect fit at the bottom of the garden on a patio and performs great with its plug and play 13amp plug. It was even explained how I can switch between 13amp and 32amp by changing the dip switches should I decide to in the future. All in all, highly recommended!

If I could rate ideal hot tubs zero I would. We rung them in May enquiring about the Maldives hot tub. Yes they were brilliant in trying to sell us the hot tub. We spoke at length then said we’d ring back after discussing it. Rung back to order. We were going to have the white marble one then the lady said are you sure or would you prefer the grey we then said yes we’ll go for the grey instead. She said good choice it’s nicer.
Paid the 500 pounds they wanted as deposit which I thought was steep but paid it. We were told it would be delivered in mid august to late august. They sent invoice on which they’d made a mistake wanting me to pay the balance straight away until I questioned it.
End of July I ring to get an update no nothing yet delays at port. It will be here end of august. End of august came no delay again now early September. I asked can you assure me it will be here for my 60th birthday in sept 26th as I’m not going to new you’re now. Yes will be here. Ring again to check on delivery no exact words were log jam in ports won’t be here now until later. Yes they threw a lid lifter in as compensation but as far ts I’m concerned it’s not good enough.
Abigail (whose customer care skills are appalling) rung me on the Friday to say that the hot tub would be delivered on the 6th of October and payment needed to be made by bank transfer as they don’t accept any other form of payment two days before delivery of hot tub.
I went to the bank on the Friday to do the bank transfer. The bank warned me not to but I did as I believed her. So now they had all my payment in their pocket. My husband booked a day off for the Tuesday to be here in delivery of hot tub. Hey ho on the 5th I get a phone call oh no hot tub won’t be delivered tomorrow now there’s a problem this side with the ports and wrong containers come off. I told Abigail if it wasn’t here by the Friday I’m cancelling and want the full refund 60 days had gone and no hot tub. I was on speaker phone hands free in the car and my passenger said if she spoke to me that way I’d tell her to cancel now.
However benefit of the doubt given let’s wait till Friday. Well today hot tub was delivered after Abigail going to a lot of trouble to organise. Bless her she’s had the money over a week her business was to sort it. Hit tub taken off the lorry put in place to be unpacked only to have a white hit tub not the grey marble. Nobody had changed the colour to grey. Rung her up again to be told it’s my fault I should have checked invoice. Her arrogance in not listening and talking across you in my opinion needs a bit of working on. All the mistakes and delays they’ve made yet she says it’s my fault I should have checked invoice when I’ve got witnesses I said the grey marble. The delivery boys Ben and Dan from National hot tubs were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. If I wanted my original grey marble hot tub I’d have to lose my four hundred pounds delivery fee and wait until January for it. No wonder they only want bank transfers as once they have your bank transfer your genuinely tucked up. Abaigail is all nice while she wants your sale after that the after care she provides is zero.
Take note if you are reading this take heed. Once this company has your money is bank transfer their customer service and help is zero that is if you can get a word in over Abigail. Take my word if you are looking for a hot tub there are better companies out there to get a hot tub from. I wish I’d listened to my friends and had my hot tub from Scunthorpe hot tubs. If you do decide to get a hot tub from ideal hot tubs make sure you pay the minimum deposit and get a definite delivery date don’t believe what they say on their web site. And never do a bank transfer to them make sure you pay with pay pal or card. They had me over a barrel by now as I’d paid the full balance as requested by bank transfer so I had no option but to take delivery of the white marble hot tub. No word of sorry ever came out of Abigail’s mouth.
If you want to buy a hot tub I suggest one of the other many hot tub retailers out there stay away from ideal hit tubs unless you have the patience of a saint spend your money elsewhere. Once again many thanks to Dan and Ben from national hot tubs for their patience and understanding and help in positioning the hot tub the only good experience from start to finish.

Due to not having a holiday this year we decided to purchase a Quartz 32amp Hot Tub from Ideal hot tubs...the Covid19 made delivery difficult for everyone around regarding the time of delivery...Ideal Hot Tubs reassured us about this problem and as a family Company they kept us informed during Covid...all conversations were made by phone and emails from every member of the family team due to the office being closed...they were very helpful regarding every aspect of owning our New hot tub....explaining Chemicals and making sure the hot tub would fit in the garden right down to the electrical installation....I would highly recommend this Company to anyone wishing to buy a Hot Tub...after researching other Companies this was the best for the price and the Quality...we have all had a difficult time during Covid but Ideal Hot Tubs have brought some pleasure to our lives again...we have been enjoying our Quartz hot tub every night for the past month and still the after sales service is amazing any queries they are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions...we can't fault this company they definitely can be trusted and do their hardest to please regarding customer service...Thanks to all the Team.

I got the Maldives hot tub from ideal hot tubs and I have 0 complaints! Does everything I was told if not better- I suffer from scoliosis and it really helps with the pain and is the perfect pressure, perfect jets and perfect depth! I absolutely love my hot tub,a lot of my friends have them and after using mine they now want to purchase the Maldives.The filter is easy to use as are the chemicals.. as I’ve never had a hot tub before Abigail has been so helpful throughout and sent me tons of information and always answers my calls and questions even after purchasing. I still get my chemicals from ideal hot tubs and stay in touch with the family as they are so lovely and helpful.
Amazing value for money and fantastic customer service.
