I would like to thank you for your honesty, integrity, and patience through the entire process. Shaun Michaels, the representative I dealt with, never dropped the ball once. No matter how trivial or repetitive the questions may have been, he took the time to make sure I understood the answers. By the time I got done talking with him, I felt like I was sitting down with a family member and was a lot better informed than when we started. As far as value, I shopped around quite a bit and the elite plus program I went with is a competitive and good price, hopefully when I need service they can hold up as good as the rest of the process has gone.
