I ordered two of these bath bombs for my daughter’s Christmas present. Despite ordering them on 11th December, they were not delivered until 29th December which is in itself ridiculous. To make things worse, both bath bombs were so poorly packaged that they were broken – one into two parts and the other into four or five. As a result, neither work as first shown online, and just sit in the bath, bubbling away and turn the water green. A very disappointing experience.

This company is an absolutely disgrace. I sent off for two telescopes on 28.9.2020 and received a confirmation stating they were on the way 5 emails later and I still have nothing not even a refund. Don’t buy from this company they are the pits. Stealing from people is despicable.

your service is terrible, your tracking does not work, so ordering from you is theft.

This company is a total sham. I ordered 2 trays to keep food items fresh. One was faulty I sent a picture and they said they would give me 10% refund. REALLY!!! They then offered 50% and I never received a penny. I opened a case with PayPal and they then stated they could not give me a refund unless I close the case. I did this and still no refund. Sent numerous emails to be totally ignored an absolute rip off company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM?!?

I ordered 2 X silver POUND (£) coin stores for the car. What arrived were 2 X EURO (€) ones. Contacted IDEALDIARY who offered 50% refund. Or expected me to return incorrect ones at my expense. How can a company work like this?

Don't waste your money. Complete fraud. They have no contact number and emails bounce back. This is simply theft.

I ordered the zoom monaclar telescope which they advertised in secured box the item was supposed to come with tripod it was at least two feet long an zoom was4K 10.300x400 super telescope i got one 4inches long in a pouch instructions were in Chinese .box was tore daylight robbery

I purchest 2 Creative Food Preservation Trays on the 5th September From Awesooo , got them on 14th september and today for the first time I went to us one off them The plastic shield in the middle come away when I was shutting the lid down . These two cost me £22-78 No shipping cost ,but this the big BUT How do I send them both back as they are not the things working as in the video ,very disappointed in them , Had trouble trying to fin a address and this is where I have ended up with are the going to pay for them going back Mrs C Stevens 66 friends Avenue Margate Kent England .

Item never arrived. Despite me giving the correct address delivery was attempted somewhere else then apparently returned to the courier where it was destroyed. Makes no sense, no fault of my own, yet the company are refusing to send a replacement item unless I pay an extra £9. Very poor customer service, wouldn't use them again. AVOID!!

I ordered a wallet and it was damaged, so I paid £16 odd to send it back and didn't get a refund.
I send them email but it gets sent back saying failed to deliver.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a con. I ordered a bbq mat in March, and the tracking info said it was at UK customs in June! And there it stops. Then they say that Parcelforce has my parcel and asked me to contact them. On parcelforce tracking site it says they are still waiting for the item from Idealdiary. Several emails later they informed that the parcel is still at UK customs. This is all lies of course. After much frustrating emails, and we are now at the end of July and I still have not received my items, they said the courier had lost my parcel and they are going to send a replacement!!! How could we trust them! Asked for money back and they have gone quite and ignored all my emails. I think I have been conned. BEWARE!!

I haven't purchased anything from here, but I had an enquiry about a dog gate so looked for a way to contact them on the site. Lots of other options but when you click on the email link nothing happens, it also claims use the email already set up.... not one there?? so I've emailed them direct. I'm glad I didn't get a quick response as I wouldn't have looked at this page. OMG after seeing the reviews I'll not bother. Thanks guys !!

I hate to say It but they suck

I’ve ordered two items but made slight error with on of them on the size.

I emailed to enquirer what I should do next. So far two emails and no reply from them. They are a legit company but very poor customer service. I’m planning to call my bank to void the whole transaction. They think they can sell and ship thousands of items without a good customer service, bare in mind thier items are not even that cheap.

Do not order from this company! They are con artists with extremely poor customer service. I ordered one of their long handle crevice dust brush and it confirmed the total to be £16.99. I entered my card details and once I did this on screen the confirmation said I had ordered 2 and charged me £33.98. I emailed them one minute after explaining what the system had done and they were not interested. Said I had to ship back to them at my own cost (they are based at Shanghai so would cost more than product plus I don't see why I should have to do so when it is their error and I notified immediately.) Was also offered a 20% refund again not acceptable when it was their issue. Appalling customer service. No email confirmation of order either and my order has not arrived yet either. Do not touch with a barge pole!!

The Mold remover gel I ordered arrived in a torn box with Chinese writing all over.
When I made a complain that I was expecting to be able to read instructions and know what was in the gel, I was told to get translation software. After couple of more email exchanges where I pointed out that I found their responses rude, the customer service answer was: ‘If I too polite to people who have no brains, it will seem that I am also a fool.’
No service and insulted on top.

Purchased a water jet attachment for my hose to use cleaning car etc.Today it arrived and on trying it out water was leaking out all around the handle and I was soaked this jet would not clean a dirty plate never mind clean windows on a 2#tory building.
Not interested in your complaint,can’t see a good review posted on there site take it from there and don’t buy from 5hem this junk came all the way from Shanghai need I say more.

Made an error with my order. Instantly emailed and twice since but got no response. Order has been despatched. 1 very disgruntled customer. Won't be using this company again.
