Hi Team. Just writing to let you know that I just love love love your phone cases but where have all your beautiful floral designs gone? I have a iPhone 17 Pro Max & there are only two floral designs of which I have purchased one which just arrived today (14/12/25) & I just love it but you seem to have a lot of very plain designs. Would love to see more pretty floral designs & other nice designs like you used to have for the newer model phones & I will definitely be buying more. Thanks

For a company charging premium prices, the service is shockingly unprofessional.
Products aren’t even cute (colour shades looks different from what’s shown online!)

- Order confirmation contained incomplete shipping address; support is unhelpful “if address is wrong, it’d be returned”.

- Tracking updates link does not work -> no help from agent via email or live chat.

- 19 days wait for shipping.

- Expensive returns fees and custom fees. Agents refused to support me in creating return order or estimating total return fees.

- Agent closed the chat on me abruptly.

@iDeal of Sweden - According to the EU Consumer Protection Law, order confirmation email is the binding document after placing an order, and it must contain the correct and complete information.

Horrible horrible horrible service from your end!

I ordered over a week ago and haven't even received a notification that it has been sent. They spam my mailbox with discount codes every day to buy more, but the already placed order isn't even processed. Having to wait for my purchase for weeks is crazy.

The case does not even fit the shape of the phone and cameras! Looks and feels bad. I'm not gonna use it. I expected so much more from this brand. Totally disappointed.

Do not recommend!!!

Dropped my phone 1 time, not even from a big height or a hard fall: the whole back of my phone is SHATTERED. The cherry glitter case is really pretty, but if you're looking for a case that actually protects your phone, I'd suggest you order one from Temu because they protect your phone way better than these expensive phonecases!!

I bought my case, and they make you pay for the delivery (2-4 business days) and then they lose the package and they blame the carrier and they don’t take responsibility of ANYTHING more than “you need to wait” - I hope they would wait for the money when we are paying them for our orders with established delivery time. The support is terrible.

I had no issues with my order. I actually worried after reading the reviews here, but nothing bad happened🤷‍♀️ It arrived in a week, actually much earlier than it was scheduled. I will mention I live in central western Europe. The cases I got are nice and fit my phone well. I also really like the packaging, looked of quality😊

Terrible experience. I bought a phone case and screen protector to protect my phone from everyday accidents. After a small drop from a low height, the entire back of my phone shattered — the case offered absolutely no protection.

I contacted customer service and provided everything they asked for — photos, a full explanation, and proof of purchase. After wasting my time and energy, they told me they wouldn’t cover the damage anyway. That should have been made clear from the start.

This comes across as unprofessional and not customer-friendly. There was no real willingness to help, and I will never order from this store again. Not recommended.

Mega ærgerligt de ikke lave iPhone covers til 14 Plus. Brandet har nogle mega flotte covers til stort set alle andre modeller end 14 Plus.

The two phone cases I ordered were pricey but they went bust so quickly. The package was delayed a lot and it came through the standard post service and not a delivery company which is not a good option in my country.
One of the cases was a transparent one with flowers on it and the silicone turned yellow/brown very soon after I started using it. The other case I got was the mirror one which got scratched and distorted and also disintegrated like a month after usage. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Besides offering great products, Ideal of Sweden truly impressed me with their customer service. Their team responded quickly and provided an equally swift solution. To me, it’s not about whether a company makes a mistake — it’s about how they handle it, and Ideal of Sweden handled it perfectly.

Super Beautiful cases but the cases don't wrap around the front of phone leaving the screen protector exposed. 1 drop and the screen protector cracks. Due to there is no side coverage at all

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I placed an order and was given the option to choose a delivery box location for an extra fee of 25kr. I selected the closest one to me and confirmed it. As soon as I paid, the confirmation email showed the delivery location was switched to the complete opposite end of the city. Why even offer a choice if you're going to completely ignore it?

I tried to contact customer service immediately, but of course it's just an AI bot that says the issue is “impossible to solve” because the order is already in the process of delivery—within seconds of placing it. No human contact, no flexibility, no accountability.

So now, unless I want to spend time and money going across the city, my only option is to not pick it up. And guess what? If I don't, they charge me 10 EUR for the return. So I pay 25kr for a delivery I didn’t agree to, and another 10 EUR just to reject a messed-up order?

This is completely absurd and reeks of a system designed to squeeze money out of people while offering zero real support.

I’d warn others to be very careful—especially if you care where your delivery actually ends up.

Phone case is very good quality but the strap is already very scratched after merely 3 weeks of using…

Ordered a phone case which was received no problem after only a few weeks use the product started to fall apart, I contacted customer service who kindly sent me a replacement case due to the flaw on the other case I chose a different case. Upon receiving the replacement case it looks old & worn & nothing like the advertised photos - I contacted customer service to be met rudely with ‘there’s nothing wrong with the phone case’ products are poor quality and not fit for purpose in my opinion. Would never order another product from these.

Avoid This Company – Terrible Service & Order Issues!!!!

I ordered a product, but due to a glitch, I was charged twice. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I returned the extra item at my own expense, only to find out customs fees were their responsibility, yet they never communicated or resolved the issue.

Thankfully, Klarna refunded me, but if I had seen their reviews first, I would never have bought from them. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I had an issue where the courier left my order in an unsecure location, and instead of offering any real help, the company just kept pushing a replacement instead of the refund I rightfully requested. Their refusal to refund me shows how cheap their products must be if they can so easily offer replacements but won’t take responsibility for a lost order. I feel like I’ve been robbed, and their dismissive attitude only made it worse. I’ll be taking this up with my payment provider and will definitely be showing them the awful reviews this company already has. Avoid at all costs - I’ll never be purchasing from them again!

**Warning – Fraudulent Company!**

It's a classic example of a scam, executed very smoothly. After placing an order, the item is never delivered, and they constantly make excuses about delivery issues. At no point do they show any real intention of fulfilling their obligations or ensuring that customers receive their orders.

In reality, their only goal is to cancel the order and issue a refund, but with a €10 deduction, which they call a "processing fee." This is a deliberately organized scheme to systematically scam people out of their money.

If you don’t want to lose your money and waste your time, I strongly recommend staying away from this company!

2 months and my order still hasn’t arrived and the company has given me NO UPDATES?? I’ve reached out to their customer service twice already. First time, they said the delivery failed and it was returned to them, then they said they would ship it again. It’s been TWO MONTHS and they’ve not given me any order updates and the order number is not showing up in the tracking system at all. What a SCAM.

I've ordered 2 covers for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max! Unfortunately they are useless, since they are slipping over the camera button and don't protect it. I've sent photos and videos of this problem to customer service asking for a return envelope. Weeks later they got back to me, asking for new photos! Meanwhile I have thrown the covers away! I want my 1.5K phone been covered the right way! Worst product and worst customer service ever!
