Terrible Customer Service!
Terrible Customer Service!! Was trying to solve my issue with Gustav. Seems like totally uneducated person. He was lying to me that he can not overturn my invoice in Klarna, as I work in customer service by myself and do it every day! Lyer!
Ideal of Sweden has sent me a duplicated order. This confirms the fact that I have only received 1 invoice and 1 order confirmation on email. I have payed my goods and have picked it up. 2 days after I receive an sms that my order has arrived to the post point. I have contacted Customer Service and described clear that I have payed and picked up my goods. Now it's something else waiting for me ay the post office. And they have confirmed that the order is on the way back and I don't have to worry.
Now I get a letter from Lowell and they want me to pay double amount as Ideal of Sweden has refunded me money for the order I've payed!!
In our chat conversation uneducated Gustav calls this situation "misunderstanding". So why do I have to pay for this misunderstanding? I told that I am not refusing to pay the invoice one more time, as my money has been refunded. But it seems like Ideal of Sweden has some people working for them that has no idea what they're doing.

Faulty item return postage from my pocket
Bought the product for birthday gift but received faulty product as replace take time for present I requested for return-terrible customer service. They didn't get back for a week then replaced the order even though clearly requested for return now I have to pay for the return postage. This company doesn't care customers satisfaction very robotic and ignoring. Don't buy anything from this company. The cover is also extreamy shiny it could slip off easily from hard surface I am glad I didn't give it to my friend wasted money and time. Awful company.

Worst customer service ever. Received my products in november (bit over 3 months now) and they were faulty. Contacted them right away only to get automatic response.
At this point i’ve send them 4 emails, 2 instagram messages, i have commented their instagram posts trying to get even one real message from them but nothing.
This brand is nothing that influencers make us believe. Just a b*llsh*t, over hyped store, with sh**** customer service (if they even have one).

The products are ordinary
The products are ordinary. I have high doubts, they really protect my phone if it might fall. But what I mostly want to warn others about is buying gift cards! I bought one for my mom (50€) and a phone case as well. With the phone case came a discount code (gift voucher). We now wanted to combine them, but jokes on you - you can‘t! I understand you can‘t combine two discounts or discounts on already discounted items. But a gift card is no discount!! It is another way of payment and should be excluded from the „non-combinable list“. I will never buy there again! Their products are highly expensive for poor quality and they bait customers with high discounts. Very shady!!!

Wrote over a week ago regarding a faulty AirPods Pro case, and haven’t heard from them at all. Besides, the products are very plastic and look very cheap in real life. When they finally wrote to me, today, they gave me instructions how to put it on😂.
I have patiently written I’ve own similar cases before, and this one IS faulty, I even sent them a video. I really don’t think customers should need to fight this hard to exercise our rights. Next stop is ARN.

Terrible, I will NEVER order from them again in my life!
I am their customer for years and the first thing that I noticed is the quality of their product (especially mobile cases) dropped to a shameful level. After noticing that I started to buy from them only when there is a 70% sale ( case price is around 9 euros then, which is exactly how much their product is worth).
But my after my last order I got shocked even more! I have ordered case for Iphone XS max ad they sent me case for iPhone 11pro. I thought it’s a mistake so I contacted support where they explain to me THIS IS NOT MISTAKE and that EXCEPT OF THE BIGGER CAMERA HOLE (the hole is twice time bigger than for my phone), case should fix perfectly. This company turned into a shady, scam business so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy here.

30 days ago I returned a bag which I bought together with 2 iPhone covers (which I kept) at iDeal of Sweden’s web page. Today I received an email that they had received it. 30 days? Wow….
Get this… So the bag was originally 750DKK. Then a discount was added of 50%, then it was 374,5DKK.
How much did it say my refund was at? 191DKK! I checked in at ‘customer service’ waiting forever on a real human being to be online and chat with me, only to discover that they tricked me into buying my bag and then keeping my covers in the meantime of the 30 days, only so they could rip me off 183,5DKK explaining how the discount also works the other way around.
Jesus Christ. How to run a business I must say. Shame on you!!!!!!!!

I bought a case and a ring support one year ago, after 2 months the ring –which supposed to be gold painted– was totally dark.
Anyways, I tried to give them a second chance 1 month ago. First of all, the website style became so cheapy when it used to be so elegant, but at least, now is more coherent with the quality of their products: the delivery was waaaay more delayed than one year ago and the ring fell off right now!! After only one week!
If you want this quality, you better buy chinese products. At least you know what you're buying!

Beautiful cases but unfortunately, the quality does not match the price and they are poorly made. I ordered one of their newer phone cases and the corners cracked and broke off within less than a week randomly without even dropping my phone.

Disappointed
I’ve shopped with Ideal of Sweden before and I had a positive experience but this time is totally different.
I placed an order on 13th June. First I contacted the customer support about delayed delivery around 21st June (sorry I’m not sure though) and they told me to wait until 5th July so that they will “of course look into re-sending” my order after the date. I didn’t receive it until then so again asked for help around 6th July - they told me to wait until the week of 12th so I did.
On 15th I sent a third email - I’m writing this review on 20th and I don’t still receive anything! (They still don’t respond to my email)
I don’t quite understand why Ideal of Sweden tells me to wait until the specific date although they don’t do anything after the date. In addition I think you have to offer the tracked delivery option with extra fee because PostNord tracking doesn’t work at all after it’s departed from Sweden.
As stated in my email, I would very much appreciate if you re-send my order by DHL or something, of course I’m willing to pay an extra fee. I live in Kyrgyzstan and the logistics is totally a mess.

The wallet is much tighter than the amount of cards that it should fit, for example if you put 4 cards in the 4 cards slot the wallet will almost not close, and the first 2 card slots barely fits for a card.
As for the quality, I assume that a wallet is designed to be put inside of a pocket, however in less than two weeks the leather fell off the corners of the wallet and made it look like a very used wallet.
in short you would assume a better quality for such price, but no the quality is as good as cheap phone wallets.
