Charming, knowledgeable and efficient, I cannot rate Istran and Renatas too highly

The team were very friendly and hard working.smashed out the job under half an hour as everyone knew exactly what they were doing.5 starts rating for the experience.

Ben and Taz have been out to visit our haart Northampton branch to clear out our car park. They came out to us within 24 hours and done an amazing job. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

The way that the situation was taken care of by ideal response and all the staff my sister and I dealt with was great. They were very professional and very swift and made the awful situation a lot less painful.

Out of hours cleaning undertaken. Very thorough and professional. Would recommend

We had a small fire in one of the class rooms at school. The damage was limited but there was a lot of smoke damage throughout the main building. The Team from Ideal Response did an excellent job cleansing and decontaminating the school. A big thank you to Renatas, Damian, Ovidiu, Andrea, Ian and Mick. Great work folks.

The speed of response of the quotation team was good. The operation team were very nice and helpful.

The former occupier of the flat were heavy smokers and have been living there for more than ten years. The whole flat, even the outside of the main door reeked of nicotine and the smell of cigarettes. As we are non-smokers so we needed a deep clean of the flat.

The operation team, 3 of them, Johnnie, Ovi and a guy(I forgot his name). They were very nice and helpful. On the 1st day, all the surfaces inside the flat were manually washed. They tried to do whatever they can to achieve my expectation.

On the 2nd day for the BioSweep treatment, they sealed all the possible places where the smoke can get out of the flat. While the BioSweep machines were working, they stayed at the car park and checked the process regularly until the odour treatment was finished, nearly 8hours. They did the odour treatment responsibly and professionally.

The smell of cigarettes and nicotine were no longer there after treatment, however, the after smell of the treatment was still there after a day, which can be resolved by letting air flow throughout the property.

Although I asked loads of questions as this was my first time owning a property, they were very friendly, patient and polite.

Great service from Ben, Kieron, Kash and Damien.

Ideal Response were, indeed, responsive. Replying to emails quickly and efficiently. The Technician who came to site was informative and and prompt.

Ben, Kieron and Kash were very friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job and really cared. The cleaning standard is amazing, it’s a hard job cleaning up where a death has been but the guys handled it so well and were so lovely and professional.

Very thorough job and good communication throughout. Was impressed at the capacity of the caged truck, for disposal of waste.

We contacted Ideal Response yesterday to have someone come to clean and decontaminate our toilet area at work after a leak. Istvan and Damien came first thing this morning. They have done an excellent job, very polite and efficient. We are now able to use our clean, fresh smelling toilet again!

Had two guys on site last Friday to clean up a hydraulic oil spill. Both guys were very versed in what they had to do and made a very good job. They communicated well answering all my questions. The two guys were Istvan and Jon.

Our elderly neighbour had a flood when her pipe burst, it then became evident that her place had not been cleaned in a while, and was in a terrible state. There was mold, water, rust, pests and hoarding issues.
Given the condition of the flat, no plumber would take the job until it was made sanitary.
The Ideal Response team, and namely Kashah, Dave and Kieran were fantastic! From the first moment I contacted them, they were helpful and accommodating.
Everyone was extremely polite and friendly to my neighbour, so much so, that she agreed to have them come back a few more times to further clean and clear the flat.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We called Kashah on a Sunday evening and she was so helpful and friendly, before 0800 on Monday she had sent over paperwork and got us an appointment before lunchtime.

Then Dave and Luke came to see us, and they were knowledgeable, approachable and got the job done efficiently.

Praise to all 3 of these staff - they were all brilliant and a real asset to your team.

My house was flooded for the 4th time ideal Responce guys came to mine number 25 who were Ben and Kieron they were amazing couldn’t get a nicer pair of workmen so helpful and friendly and hard working

Due to a recent flood In my home at number 23 ideal response got called to do the clean up of the mess and damage the flood water had caused .
We had two lovely guys called Ben and kieron who I must say we're amazing.
Already devasted by what had happened to my home they made the process of cleaning up easier they we're professional and very sympathetic to our loss and extremely helpful in assisting us with further help and answering our questions
