Arranging a booking for cleaning after a rat infestation was seamless with Kash. She was kind, understanding and whilst regularly followed up to arrange the booking, never made me feel pressured or like I was being chased by a sales rep. In fact when I finally made the booking, Kash remembered everything in fine detail a month later. The paperwork was easy, payment links and WhatsApp messages responded to out of hours.

Then on the day, bright and early, two angels arrived called Sam and David. They were my heroes. Every single item was handled with care and consideration. I did think the quote was extortionate but all companies were the same price so I went with Ideal Response because of the good reviews. When I saw how Sam and David dealt with my belongings, every minute of their service was money well spent.

These technicians do horrendous work, clearing up body parts, helping families with suicides, flood damage, you name it! They honestly support families through some horrific circumstances. Their kind demeanour and professionalism is outstanding. No judgement, just respect and compassion.

I cannot thank this team enough for all they did. Kash, Sam and David, today you were my heroes. I have been struggling with cancer and the rat infestation became so bad I was so embarrassed I did not know who to turn to. These are the guys for the job! I would not hesitate for a minute to contact them again.

Very professional commercial clean. Cameron organised everything quickly and efficiently, with clear communications. The onsite technician was Elena who kept me informed all the way and did a marvelous job. Really pleased and would not hesitate to recommend.

First time i had to deal with an after the fire scenario. From beginning to end this company did not disappoint. Cameron is very professional and efficient. Elena, in charge of the cleaning, did a great job removing all soot and leaving the room ready for painting. I strongly recommend this company.

Having found ourselves lost in a world of requiring unattended death and hoarder cleaning in rapid time, the whole team has been absolutely brilliant. Kash was very helpful, caring and informative. We had a service booked in, with staff on site, less than 24 hours after initial enquiry. Elena and Darrell instantly made us feel like we were in safe and competent hands. They act compassionately and are very focused on client wants and needs. Should we need any cleaning services that Ideal Response provide in the future, we will sure to be returning. All three are a true credit to the company and have provided great relief, and even a smile, during an otherwise traumatic time.

Darrell and Renatas, from Ideal Response, were called out, to our property this morning. After a bad water leak from East South water. My dad is recovering from a recent brain operation, and my mum suffering from heart failure and lung lancer..so a leak and damage to our property and belongings, is the last thing we needed.
However these 2 workers were amazing, they communicated easily throughout, so we understood everything. They went above and beyond to help avoid further damage from the water leak from a burst pipe, that had unfortunately leaked through to my parents property.
Darrell and Renatas were professional and so empathetic with our personal circumstances, even reassuring my dad, who has Been left deaf and impaired to to complications of his brain tumour removal.
I can not thank them enough, for working so hard today, and supporting us, and helping explain everything to us.
It was so lovely to have these men do a brilliant job and ensure, our property was OK. They were very thoughtful and did everything they could to help us. They were Thorough and checked everywhere....inside and out, to make sure, we were not having water leaking through anywhere else. They took away the stress I had been dealing with for the last 24/48. So thankyou. Highly recommend them.

Darrell & Elena were excellent and very professional in undertaking a very grim job, leaving the toilets spotless.
I only down graded a star because I had to keep chasing the office for an update, so does not reflect on their work.

I had emergency jobs that had to be done same day and thanks to the lovely lady I spoke on the phone to ( Kash ) and on site technician bob very very helpful and would recommend to everyone ,

From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and seamless. Cameron was great in getting the ball rolling and Renatus & Jay were so professional during the clean up operation.
If ever we are in a position to need this kind of service again, we would have no hesitation in calling the team and using them in the future.

We required an emergency sewage clean over the course of 2 days. We contacted initial response and thankfully it was Kasha who looked after us. The whole to from Kasha, Steve and Dan did a fantastic job. We will definitely be extending our working relationship with IR

Great service from Ideal Response, Kash was really helpful and had a team on stand by waiting for us as we had an emergency situation. Dave was our on site technician and had driven 3 hours to us and was lovely and knowledgable. Would recommend!

Ideal Response wanted £1,495 plus VAT (£1749 altogether I believe) to de -clutter and clean. Sweep and wash v small bathroom floor only. Deep clean small kitchen, including hob, grill, sides, front and surrounds of cooker, fridge, worktops, sink, window cill, window if possible.
Hoover living room, v small entrance area, landings, stairs and one bedroom.

I'm afraid I found IRG to be unresponsive and need repeated chasing. Information was presented without context or helpful advice or discussion. The technical reports themselves were thorough and professional.

Ideal response is such a wonderful company! We had an after hours issue with a sewage back up which resulted in the entirety of our garage and part of the basement covered in waste.

Our point of contact, Kash was very helpful, prompt, and responsive assuring us that they would be able to sanitize and deep clean the area to perfection!

Our friendly on site technician, Steve went above and beyond to ensure that every area was completed with care and truly we are so thankful for his attention to detail!

Everything was explained in detail by Cameron when I first contacted Ideal as to what they would do to clean up the fire damage at my mother's house and this was followed up with a detailed email description and cost to make everything straight forward. The ideal team turned up as agreed and carried out a thorough cleaning process to make the area look almost as if nothing had happened which made my mum a lot happier than she had been for which we are very grateful and I would recommend Ideal to anyone who is unfortunate to suffer any damage.

Recently experienced a flooded basement where two bedrooms (one ensuite) are situated. IRG (Ideal Response Group) came out within a few hours of our first call to them on a Sunday evening to evacuate standing water, remove carpets and sanitise the area. After this first call out IRG sent another team, Steve and Darrell, who handled the subsequent steps of stripping out all fitted furniture, skirting boards, floor tiles, plaster board as well as removal of radiators. The guys did an excellent job, arrived on site early, clarified the scope of work and immediately got started. They carried us along and kept us updated as they progressed. They kept the area tidy and free to move around in. It was obvious they genuinely cared about the work and we immediately felt at ease with them both. When they were done, our basement was left both clutter free and smell free with dehumidifiers and air movers in place. We couldn't recommend these guys and this company highly enough.

I had a great experience with Ideal Response for some mould remedial work I needed done in my kitchen. The communication and regular updates were excellent, and the support from George in the sales team was outstanding. He was especially helpful and patient while I sorted a few issues before the work could go ahead. George managed to get me booked in quickly and worked around my schedule, which was a huge help.

When the technician Renatas came to carry out the work, he was friendly, efficient, and very diligent. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, which really helped build confidence that every effort was being made to ensure a high-quality result and from what I can see, the outcome is brilliant.

Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Ideal Response to anyone needing mould remedial work.

I’ve worked with Ideal over the past two weeks, from hazardous material surveys to removal, encapsulation, and deep cleaning. The level of work and advice provided before, during and after was brilliant. From Kashah in the office to the amazing Dan and Jay on our various sites across the UK, they were always on hand to help and advise. A lot of the work was requested and carried out in very short notice.

Kash was soooo lovely. I was a hysterical blubbering mess and she was so kind and showed such empathy. I immediately booked in and she was really patient when I had payment issues. Ha ha. But she persevered and got a great team out for me. Thank you.
