Never received my order was told that it was lost and they could not replace. Poor customer service, I wish my kids did not go to schools that use this company

I appreciate that my order arrived quickly, in tact, and that the uniform is very amazing quality. However, I think the website is very difficult to navigate due to its “laggy-ness” for lack of a better term. Also, my discount code did not work.

I have been waiting for more than 2 months for my order to arrive. When I finally got it, it was the wrong color. It should be navy, but what I got were the black cardigans. The only option the customer service offered was to send it back with a shipping fee. They also told me that if a tag says it is navy, then it is a navy color. I am not colorblind to see the difference between navy and black. It is definitely black color.

Still waiting for my order that was placed weeks ago

I ordered in august and my stuff still isn’t here. horrible customer service. I called in September and they said my skirt and pullover was ready but the “polo wasn’t ready”. This is ridiculous. Christmas is around the corner and im well into my school year without my uniform.

They don’t give you any updates on when they mailing out stuff. They don’t answer the phone. And the wait for your things is way too long

I have ordered a cardigan with patch 2x and they never had a patch and emails do not get answered

We order adult small size we got kids small waisting of time and money

I received the wrong size item. I emailed them 3 times but haven’t received a reply.

Terrible wait time! School has started and still haven’t gotten my order.

The shipping address showed up incorrectly on my confirmation email. I emailed customer service 2/3 times to change it and haven't heard from them. I called the office in bk, the lady was very nice, but she couldn't find my order.

The turn around time to receive your order is horrible.

I make a order from almost three weeks now and I haven't get that order yet and it's for school next month.

I received items in a timely manner. The quality of the shirts were great.
