We have just moved house and my dream was a micro cement floor through the kitchen/dining room. Nicole, John and the team were amazing. They helped me choose the colour and finish of my floor and offered advice and support throughout the process. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I will go back to them when I’m ready to install a new shower room. Thank you guys and see you soon.

I used this material to install a floor. The training and assistance I received was great and they were always willing to pick up the phone and answer questions I had on the go! The floor turned out great and the end user was very pleased.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this company has been so frustrating to deal with, and I've heard of other people who have had similarly difficult experiences with them.

I first approached Ideal Work in October 2022 regarding installing a micro cement kitchen worktop incorporating a sink, and they put me in touch with one of their trained installers. Several botched jobs (by their recommended installer) and a further fix up job (by another trained installer) and many many months later it's starting to look like the Microtopping product that they've used doesn't stand up to boiling water, which is a fairly fundamental requirement for a kitchen sink. I have now been waiting over a month for Ideal Work to get back to my emails / calls and answer my query as to whether this product is actually suitable for this application, and if not why this wasn't flagged by themselves when I initially enquired or by either of their trained installers. In the meantime I'm stuck with a kitchen sink I can't use and an incredibly expensive bespoke worktop that I may have to completely re-finish.

I would strongly advise anyone looking at micro cement finishes to avoid this company.
