As for rhe 3 Customer Service Team Members I communicated with did not have a clue what they were doing.

A one star is too much. Poor goods and no return label. Took fur ever after many communications to get return label. Returned goods no refund. Started a dispute with MasterCard. Appalling company as tried to get refund to no avail.

IN MY EXPERIENCE THE TV PROGRAMME SHOWS BETTER QUALITY PLANTS THAN RECIEVED WHICH IS VERY MISLEADING UNLIKE QVC WHO ARE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY & SEND GOOD QUALITY PLANTS

Faulty item received 2 weeks ago and sent back , no replacement sent as yet. Going round and round in circles with “foreign” call centre…. Who obviously work from script and repeat party line.

To top it off, being told “can I speak to your husband…he will know understand what I am trying to say” really **** me of Is this part of your training programme for staff?

Freesia 100 bulb collection - purchased these 2 years ago. Planted in new compost in containers and still not come up. A waste of time and money.

Bought these and they worked fine for around two months then, gradually one by one they stopped working and all the insides went rusty. Rang ideal world to be told contact manufacturer...in China! Complete waste of money.

This is about the H2O Steam FX Pro Floor and Handheld Steam Cleaner. Machine has absolutely no pressure so is useless at cleaning. Definitely not fit for purpose. Worse buy ever. AVOID!

I've contacted their Indian office Customer Service team, they are unable to help with my complaint
Impossible to speak to their Head Office in the UK!!!!

Beware, after purchase You may get a call from Ideal Rewards. No matter what they tell you, you will have to pay almost £80 per year to use the reward scheme. The phone call is very vague and misleading.

I bought a bamix from them and it arrives in appalling condition it had been used and I asked for a replacement and sent the old one back got email saying your refund is being processed after being told I would get a replacement' And so I contacted them they said it was out of stock so I checked there website and hay presto what do I find the exact same product with plenty in stock and so I asked for it to be given to me at the same price I bought it for and they told me you just have to purchase it again so I asked him again will I get I at the same price and he just repeatedly replied the same thing again so
(DO NOT TRUST THEM)

This is what an absolutely awful company to deal with do not trust them do not buy anything from them I ordered the shaver from them Mr Fisher two days has sent me an email saying it has been dispatched they have totally lied nothing has been dispatched and I've just been told that had been dispatched on the 12th I've asked for a refund and they have refused I am extremely angry with ideal World Never Again would I trust them to do anything they are an absolute joke pay for goods that never get sent and just lie why they're customerservicecentre stinks absolutely awful stuff service rude staff

Ordered perfume from them as I know it and it was out of stock elsewhere .
Ordered on 13 January I am still waiting after countless e mails still nothing ….
I have used ideal world before and recommended to others but after this experience I think I will give them a miss . Oh I forgot to say they had obviously taken my money on the day I ordered it .
They wrote after my complaint yesterday , when I asked for a refund , to say it had been posted , but there’s nothing here today .
Have requested again today for refund ..
these companies should be stopped from taking money from your account if they know it’s not in stock .

I would urge you all to seriously not buy from Ideal World. Most of the time the item can be found cheaper
elsewhere. Ideal World have been ripping its customers off for 21 years. Why you ask customer service is a premium rate number where you get stuck on hold for a considerable time. Mean while your phone bill is racking up. When you do get through the agent is hard to understand and waffles on about promotions and do you want to join this blah blah. Also please note that any item you purchase if it is faulty Ideal World will wash there hands with you. You have to contact the company who supplied it to Ideal World. The only other contact method for Ideal world is email... good luck there round and round in circles. Do not call the premium rate customer service number Ideal World profits from it directly. Aurelius Group owns Ideal World. They have wanted to sell Ideal World for a while but couldn't. However you may notice now that Create and Craft previously owned by Ideal World has been sold to The Craft Store The craft store is another dreadful company. The ceo of The craft Store used to be the ceo of Ideal World. Suddenly he got super greedy and wants to ruin Create and Craft.

I have asked Ideal World to close my account immediately as service was appalling and I had been loyal customer for years!

Please buy elsewhere. Bought a new mattress for Xmas. Purchased November and promised 5 to 7 day delivery. Advised yesterday that still don't have a confirmed delivery date. Have cancelled now but it took 3 emails for them to get the message that wanted to cancel. Now they are saying that refund can't be issued until undelivered goods arrive back to their supplier in Germany. Absolutely outrageous. It's all on their terms. Ive now paid for goods, money gone out of my account, no items received and have to wait until they decide when I can get my money back. Absolute arrogance.

I’ve been trying for approx 2 months to speak with a manager at idealworld to resolve an issue with them not receiving my returned items. I CANNOT get the customer support to arrange a manager to ring me for love more money.
I’ve been a customer for years but no more!!! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY. Yes they offer interest free payments which is great BUT you are charged 13p a minute to ring ‘customer service’. I use the term loosely as they have continually lied to me, telling me a manager will ring me to discuss my issue. Instead, they keep sending emails asking gor tracking number which I’ve already told them I haven’t got. They Said they would get in touch with the warehouse, which is a lie as 2 months later I’m still waiting for a response. CEO Jamie Martin should be ashamed of himself. Clearly this company has no regard for its customers.

Item fits well .Looks good on.a bit long.found price cheaper elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible.

I have ordered plenty from ideal world in the past but I have never received such terrible service in all of my life.

I ordered a desk chair 39 days ago and I am still waiting for this. I have chased upwards of 20 times, once a day and none of the customer services team have done anything to help me. Just keep getting told to 'wait 2 working days'. Guess what, I am not waiting any more you cowboys!'

This item was required to enable me to safely work from home, however as ideal world have severely let me down I have had to sit on the sofa or my bed to work.

This situation is getting serious now, I am getting impatient, upset and I am now suffering from a really bad back. All thanks to ideal world. I have escalated this to the head of customer services, reported to trading standards and am looking for legal advise on this.

Avoid at all costs. They don't give a monkey's about you, just rob your money and leave you to suffer.
