I was very excited about the quality, heel height, comfortabilty & quick delivery until I realized I was delivered 2 right shoes. I reached out customer service who promised a delivery date. There was never an apology for the inconveniece. I never received the left shoe as promised. I am patiently waiting on a refund. I haven't heard from anyone yet regarding resolving this matter. Over $400 lost. This is not ok!!

Excellent quality shoes and outstanding craftsmanship. It took a long time to receive the shoes, but I was informed they were out of stock and being made, which felt special. Once the shoes arrived, they were too big, so I returned them at my own expense, as indicated on their website. They received the shoes, and I was informed that I would be refunded within 28 days. If it weren’t for the return and refund process, I would have ordered more of these beautiful shoes, as I do like their quality. Because of the poor process in place, I will not return to this product/company. Such a bummer.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec 1st.

On dec 12, the order was still not shipped - after a few emails I finally got a response to say it was in "crafting phase". As I was leaving on Dec 15 I requested a refund which I was told was possible - I am still chasing the refund and no longer receive any response. I spend over £300 on this and would like to finally be refunded. My order number is 54289

Have paid and ordered pumps.
Parcell was received with huge delay. (20+ days, within EU)) Quality of the shoes disaster, disaster.., gaps, glue everywhere, color did not match as seen on the internet etc...i did send them shoes back. After sending shoes back i was sending them tens of mails to confirm if they have received the shoes and never got any reply. I was tracking parcel and did see parcel was reveived by the seller on 3rd of Nov. So i did start asking for the refund...
As i did pay over pay-pal i started the dispute there. Pay pal close the case within 10min saying case is closed as i claimed more than 30 days after receiving the items. So pay pal did stay on their side..., now i am sending two mails per week.., nothing just silent, complete ignore,

1. Pay for the pumps, +2. Crazy high delivery costs,
3. Did additionaly pay for sending shoes back and now i am without money and the shoes.

If possible stay away from them. Quality of the shoes is absurd.
I am hiring the Italian lawyer now, such behavior needs to stop over internet.

I ordered a pair of heels but never received them. I was repeatedly told that the order was in its final stage and would be delivered within 48–72 hours. More than a week has now passed, and I still haven’t received anything. Support has stopped responding entirely. At this point, the website appears to be unreliable and potentially fraudulent.

BEWARE OF EXTRA COSTS. Ordered boots October 21st, were delivered November 17th. Shoes cost £228.55 plus £25.60 shipping and £10.16 duties. Returned boots same day, paying £48 for courier service. Boots arrived back with me last week requesting 142.49 euros to return them back to seller.

I ordered some shoes for $360 three
months ago the lady keep lying talking about they are on their way, I never received the shoes and the lady is giving me a hard time about getting my money back i will never shop with you guys ever again in life. I'm mad ass hell took my money but no product. You need to close down

My wives favorite Italian pumps for daily wear. Great heel length & diameter, amazing vamp (toe cleavage) and amazing fit and feel. She's a 120 woman and can wear them all day long.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago, still no news regarding the delivery. Support team doesn't answer. Better avoid this company.

The full-priced product is probably overpriced. Instead, by taking advantage of the numerous offers, you can buy shoes at the right quality/price ratio. Shipping with the correct expected timing

Placed the order on the 28th of October. It is been one month since my order and no ups number for the delivery. Minimal response, no confirmation when I instructed to update my delivery address as I will not be in the location I provided as I didn’t expect this to take so long, that is IF it arrives ever! Now i am sure it is a scam company with really good PR AND INSTAGRAM. Stay away if you want shoes and money with you

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes - over $80 - 4 weeks ago and STILL waiting for dispatch! Very alarming and I am afraid I have been scammed.

The email responses from the company are vaguely reassuring, however there is no evidence that my order is on its way!

Very beautiful shoes are made and delivered.
They are also delivered in a beautiful shoe box and within the specified time frame.

First of all the design of the shoes is really special and hard to find in other stores. The price is adequate, however the huge discounts are a trap. The discounted price is just OK and I would never pay the full price.
The quality is good, it is real leather. However some cheaper models have man made soles. Only the more expensive models have a leather sole.
The fit is OK, slightly on the large side. And no one should complain about how uncomfortable the high heels are ... you buy them not for walking, you buy them for the looks!
Overall a great source of shoes that you usually don't get.

I got from them a number 35 boots, it was too small. I sent it back, they never pick it up from the post office, it has been returned to me and I did pay 80 pounds Post Office fees. Then meanwhile I really wanted the boots, then I got the size 38, it never arrived. They sent it to North London, while I live in Oxford, they said they would fix it, they never did, the boots got back to Italy. So, in the end i did spend 400 pounds and I have no boots to wear. Horrible customer service and not realible. Dont buy from them, it is just frustration.
