I believe that this company is a scam. I placed an order and waited a week. Then I attempted to contact them. No response to any calls or emails. It's strange but I cant think of another possibility.
Never received my order that I PAID FOR! - Two weeks after not having received my order, and asked numerous times for an update, the response I get is it is the Royal Mail and the company refuses to take responsibility for an undelivered order, and cannot provide reasonable proof it was even shipped. This company is a SCAM! They do not care about their customers, they do not care about fulfilling paid for orders. Do not give them your money, they will steal it and just blame someone else when it never arrives.
Chance found this site searching Google, their prices seemed fair and they had an alright online guide.
I suppose it helps if you have followed the size guidance and it also depends on the design you upload as to the quality, but my cards are perfect!!
I ordered 5 cards, I uploaded 3 fronts and one back, in my message I asked for 2x 2 designs and 1x 1 design and the back to go on all cards and this was followed to the T.
Due to GDPR, I won't share the images of the card, but they are the same quality you'd expect from any ID card you would usually get.
Free 1st class postage (Royal Mail 24) is also good to see with many companies opting for 48 hour instead, so after ordering, it was processed in a day and received 2 days later (dispatched after last post on the day of ordering).
I've saved them for future orders.

What an abysmal company! 1* is 1 too many.
I ordered online but they said no file had been submitted, it had. They asked for it again by email, & received a crystal clear image. The resulting card looked like it had been produced on a cheap printer in a shed! Faded and blurry text! When I complained I was told the image was too small. Instead of voicing concerns they sent something they must have known was down right awful? Clearly they have low standards. They wanted the card back before they'd refund. It was of no use to me, so it was gladly sent. They said they never got it & refused to refund. Clearly they're so desperate for money they value £6.30 above reputation. They even have the nerve to ask for a review, so here it is!
