This company is dishonest! Reps talk to you AS IF they are your creditor with no real identification of who and what they are. Then they collect account information and charge your account without your authorization. Total scam!

I've been using Identity IQ for years. The service and monitoring systems are top tier. This platform has identified many of my Identity theft issues over the years and has provided the necessary documentation/ information for me to proceed with filing with the FTC. The restoration specialist, Christian Cruz had the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was quick to respond to my claim and thorough at analysing my claim. He monitored my Identity theft claim constantly and even called me like twice a month and also emailed me constantly to inform me that him and his team were monitoring my account. He would provide me updates of my claim as well. I really felt safe and secure during a time of complete crisis (Identity theft) when working with Christian at Identity IQ.

So some lady said I had to have this membership to get into this apartment what a scam. Anyway I was in a rush to get in this apartment so I did it totally forgot about the subscription. When I was canceling all they did was try to keep me on and sell me more what a scam why don't you just admit having affiliate who's a scammer. They had no concerns about what i that told them about an affiliate scam process All they care is they get their money not my kind of company. I did call to discuss the issue You didn't want to hear it. Your representative continue to try to sell me other services from you read what I wrote.

This company harassed me into staying and then upon cancel they marked and report what appears derogatory to my credit check history after cancellation I believe they harmed my credit or did something and they even tried to scare me into staying saying something might happen if you leave and your information be leaked. Highly possible to harming your history or identity upon cancellation check

Christian with IdentityIQ was extremely helpful and supportive of all my questions (and I had a ton of them) just because there were a few things that were admittedly a little tricky. But all of the other sales reps I ran into were also very helpful and accommodating so when I had a problem, they were able to fill in the gaps especially when I was confused or disappointed with any of my purchases. Also, I found IdentityIQ invaluable because they worked with me on the price so I was never able to cancel the service in good conscience just because the value was unbeatable and the customer service team was ALWAYS 1000% kind, efficient, and understanding. Very very happy with my experience!!!

IdentityIQ is the best Credit restoration company out there with Mark Jackson and his great team of specialists ready to help with just one phone call! This is not a credit repair company that is going to take your money with no results. It's all in the guidance and support with the tools they provide. You have to do the work yourself with IdentityIQ's guidance and support! Any negative reviews are most likely lazy people that don't want to do the work along with IdentityIQ. From March to November of 2023, I have gone from low scores of 540's to now into the 700's and over 8+ collection and charge-offs to zero negative items! Now I'm buying a new home, no credit card debt, I have an American Express card now with thousands in credit line, no more annoying phone calls from debt collectors, no more letters asking for money from creditors either!

It's essentially [a bad] repacking of the CreditKarma. While CreditKarma is the best and excellent and is free forever. IdentityIQ people don't have decency to offer a free trial. NO REFUNDS!!! Think about it.
Scores that they advertise as FICO are NOT FICO scores. These are most likely Vantage3 scores?
Consider the following: NOBODY knows how FICO scores are actually calculated. It's a trade secret. All anybody else could do is get a very vague approximation.
However, Their "FICO score simulator" is not working AT ALL. It's a joke, but not a simulator. It really doesn't work at all. However, they pretend that it does.
And a lot of times, the way they display data, doesn't make sense AT ALL.

This company allows you to create an account online, pay them, save payment information, etc. No need to contact customer service. HOWEVER, if you want to cancel the service you have no choice but to call them. Which is nothing but a sales tactic that is pushy and predatory. Always avoid companies that allow you to sign up for their paid service online but then requires you to call to cancel.

I cancelled my membership first thing on Monday, November 6, 2023. I received an email indicating they received my cancellation effective immediately on 11/6/23 at 7:40am. They turned around and billed me on 11/7/23 and claimed that the bill was already out. That was a lie because I was forced to update my payment information when I logged in on Monday, 11/6/23 and the new info I entered was the account they billed. I asked if I would have access to my reports till the end of the billing cycle as clearly, I paid for a billing cycle after cancelling and they told me that I could not. I even spoke to a supervisor that was no help in resolving this. Her suggestion is that we open the account again, but I may have to pay a fee.....if this is not a rip off, I don't know what is. DO NOT subscribe to this service. I've had a subscription with Experian and never had these types of problems.

Mr. Mark did not patronize me. Nor did he make assumptions based on my age about my tech skills. Thus making the installation of the software a pleasant experience. He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing. I easily installed the software on several devices with his guidance and assurance. The take away for me is that you have a person working for you with excellent communication skills and expertise - and I hope you place value on that because that matters to people who buy your product.

Kimberly Schubring was so helpful that she walks me through the whole process to take of being a victim of the identity theft. She makes sure that she gives me assignments let’s say so I can basically understand the process and the steps to make sure I do it correctly. It is truly tough and frustrating when a theft just stole your identity and ruined what you work very hard on, especially after filing a BK.

I've tried to write this 3 times. But i get so upset I start crying. Im 49 years old. Ive lost my lawn service business due to a diagnosis of Crohns Disease. I had a friend (had) that was helping me start selling on Amazon. He needed to get my credit up to a certain level. So we never had any intention on keeping Identity IQ. But after the new year yes. I have no income. No health insurance. And one of my medications is $120.00 a pill. But only take for serious outbreak. The credit card i used to sign up with IQ was maxed out. Didn't plan on paying it for a while. But im going straight to the point. I logged in and my guy was right there when i clicked on the cancellation. Yes cancellation. then uninstalled the app. This was around first week of June. Then around July 4th I noticed I kept getting emails as if I was still in your program. I immediately tried to reply. But couldn't. So I installed app back. Logged in to support and sent a email that said. "I cancelled this weeks ago. And that was it. Then July goes by, August and September. I get my credit card down from owing $570.00 to owing $395.00. Then I go to pick up my medication and my credit card declined. After trying several times I went home and pulled up my account. And there it is. I guess your policy on your monthly payments is, "just keep billing it. It will eventually go through. Well let me tell you this. I guess yall just keep billing until it goes through. So I have 3 months of subscriptions of Identity IQ at $40.00 a pop. $80.00 in one day. Then $40.00 10 days later. This is now around October 15. I called your support. It started off great. Because he was reading back details of actions done. And what I thought would be A quick refund turned into a 35 minute conversation of "There is no cancellation Button. He even seen that I only logged in that first week. Then first week of July was to make sure I was cancelled. Then I uninstalled it. So from July 4th till October 5 there was no contact. But the way he talked to me was very misleading. But he pretty much said your cancelled now. And I asked to make sure I was getting reimbursed. And I get this little laugh, snicker type response that lead him in to going back over the details. And he said he cant do it. Because I didnt cancel. So im not getting a refund and also yall stuck me with the highest plan yall had. I logged in 3 times from May 28 till October 5. So now Today I go to use my card and it declined. Once again they billed me another $40.00 . And the money that's on there wasn't for medication this time. I needed that money I was going to buy enough food to get us by till Friday. Right now I'm trying to do all I can to support my family. I'm so close to opening my online store so I can start getting a income. But this right here,,not only I'm over my credit limit. But they shut it down till further notice. And my family has nowhere to go if we get evicted. so yeah! And There was a lot I left out.
