They treated me well when I forgot to cancel a subscription, it was much appreciated!

I use a lot of AI tools every day. I have subscriptions to Gemini, Claude and OpenAi. Elevenlabs, LTX studio, the list goes on. I have ComfyUI running on a private server. I've used adobe generative tools and a million others. Why do I subscribe to ideogram? Because the product is really good. The images that this tool makes are the best in the market. Take your prompt and put it into nano banana - it's not even close to the same quality.

For whoever left a review about having a hard time canceling, I don't know what to tell you. I had a personal account, canceled for several months, resubscribed and then flipped it into a work account so my team can use it too. I was able to sub and unsub without any drama.

I am starting to get into the batch generation and building out a huge creative library. I'm building an app right now and planning to use the ideagram API for generative images.

Had a small issue this week with a bug. Reached out to customer service. They took care of me and I'm good to go making more content.

Image creation is good in general. The main reason I started using this app is the fact that text output works well. Still, I need to edit the visuals with a better editor.

Do not subscribe to Ideogram AI. They make it practically impossible to cancel your membership. The cancellation button is hidden, so you cannot end your subscription, and they keep charging your bank account. When you reach out to their support team, they don’t respond to emails, and there’s no phone number to call.
Save yourself the headache and avoid signing up.

So anyone be-careful use the before.

The platform is easy to use and definitely generates creative images and is great for content creators/marketers. I wasn’t using it enough to justify the costs and requested a refund 3 days after my annual renewal. In spite of the policy they were super helpful and assisted me in my refund request. I will remember that if I need to use a product like this again in the future.

Awesome software, one of the best and a powerful bit of kit. I have built my business around the content produced by Ideogram and the feedback I have had is fantastic. Easy to create responsive prompts and edit them too, along with the latest updates Ideogram is a win win ! 10/10

There’s no option to cancel the subscription. I reached out to support, but they weren’t helpful.
