Not only did the case arrive damaged, but it was clearly of extremely poor quality. It's safe to say that this was one of my worst purchasing experiences ever.
Firstly, upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the phone case was cracked and broken. It seemed like it had been carelessly handled or poorly packaged, leaving me to question the seller's attention to detail and quality control. The case was so flimsy and weak that it offered no actual protection for my phone at all. In fact, it would have been safer to go without a case altogether!
Moreover, the phone case lacked the promised durability that was emphasized in the seller's description. Within just a few days of use, it began showing signs of wear and tear, with the color fading and the design peeling off. I expected a product that would withstand daily use, but instead, I ended up with a shoddy item that barely lasted a week.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to Ben to address my concerns and request a refund or a replacement, I was met treats telling me he’s from a Irish crime gang and to check he’s brother Patrick Lyons on google.

Their lack of product quality, inattentiveness, and nonexistent customer service are not only frustrating but also a complete waste of hard-earned money.
