Very poor B2B customer service and no follow-through

Our experience with IDnow has been deeply disappointing.

For over a month, we have been trying to move forward with them as a potential API provider. Despite several interactions, they have not even managed to provide an NDA or an indicative price list.

That is simply not acceptable for a company selling trust, identity verification and compliance infrastructure.

In B2B, speed, clarity and reliability matter. Especially when the product is supposed to support regulated workflows. Unfortunately, IDnow’s customer service has shown the opposite: slow communication, no clear process and no commercial momentum.

We expected much more from a provider in this space.

Outdated ID Card database

They do not have an updated database with actual European ID Cards. That delayed my proccess and I had to create a passport just for that while owning an ID Card that is valid and recognized,

Their customer support does not help you with anything. When I asked if they can escalate to a superior and have them review the situation, they simply got scared and said they don't know what to do.
