After weeks of waiting for the product to arrive, the image printed on the glass literally dissolved off the glass as soon as we poured a drink. Do not waste you money! I paid $60 for a glass with a printed image and it lasted 1 minute!!!

I was extremely sceptical after reading the reviews after my purchase. I almost requested a refund however I’m glad I didn’t. Today I received my purchase within 2 weeks of ordering. I mean the quality is questionable but they are really pretty pieces and do look lovely on. How long they last is another story but I’m very glad I didn’t get scammed.

Arrived about 10 days after initially ordered.
Came in a lovely gift box which was slightly damaged which I guess was done in transit.
The Gift itself was beautiful with amazing detail .

I just received my personalised barber shop sign,is taking like 1 month to come,but is looking very cool and good quality product.i email the shop like 2 weeks ago to ask for my order and they reply to me with all the details I needed,very nice customer service

They took more money from my account than I had to pay for item the bank is now dealing with the matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS JUST A CON.

I don't recommend this shop. They need to go into more detail about product and the quality. I ordered personalized beach towels. The material is so thin less than 1mm not beach towel cotton material. They said in the description soft cotton fabric.
They cropped photo so the picture of cat had missing ear. I asked for my money back and to return items, they said I only get 70% back and they also said the return is very slow and could take months. They get a one star for the printing of photo colour this is good. Will not shop there again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to as a thank you for creating such a beautiful gift. I ordered an engraved book necklace (with both photos and quote). This was the only website that let me use longer quotes and more detailed pictures and the lowest price too. The customer support was really fast and helpful (I contacted them to enquire about my item after I saw the negative reviews on Trustpilot). My item came in 18 days, which was superfast considering it came from China (I think a lot of people forget this, if it takes up to 20 working days, that is up to a month) and during Chinese New Year. The pictures were super clear (I chose pictures that would turn out well after laser engraving, through a preview website) and the quality was good (so far). All in all, this is my favourite gift I bought and would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 rings right after Christmas & just received them on Jan.24th..Both rings turned out amazing..It took awhile for them to get here but would definitely order again!

We've just discovered our product has been stolen and put up on their site. We create bespoke items, and they've copy and pasted our photography and description so definitely a scam!

This company is a scam! Order something in plenty of time for Xmas. Hadn’t heard anything from them when I should have technically received the product.
VERY long story short (13+ emails mostly 1 sided (me)) the product went “missing” in production, don’t know how long it will take (quoted 5-7 days) can’t give any further updates just wait…… I don’t think so!
Boggles me how they have refunded me on an order “in production” that is a bespoke photo engraving - I 100% believe it was never in production.
Terrible customer service, very rude emails if I was lucky to receive one.

I just received my bracelet and I’m so pleased. I had no issues. The quality is very good. I was concerned after I ordered and looked at the reviews. It was received timely as well.

I got my order today and I’m obsessed ❤️ it’s perfect and for it to be coming from China I got it in a timely manner. I’m soo happy. I can’t wait for Hanukkah 🕎 … but I did accidentally make 2 of the same orders and I’ll give the other one to my mom.

So i ordered then went and checked Trust pilot 🤦🏻‍♀️ so after reading the bad reviews i kinda hoped it wasn’t all bad but anyhow i ordered my personalised picture light on the 9th november and it came today! impressed it’s so cute! already for someone for xmas!

Despite reviews, my experience has been amazing! The photo of my mother's passed dog came out amazing in the 3D cube. I made sure it was a clear picture so it was easy for them to do their work. I was also patient with the shipping and delivery as it comes all the way from China. Placed my order on 03/11 and my mother received it today 14/11. Very amazing product and good shipping/delivery times considering the distance. Thank you IdoraShop 🙏🏼

At least I received my product, but the detail they put into the pictures they post is not nearly the same as the product I received. Total waste and shipping to return is so expensive, it is not worth it which I'm sure they banked on. Don't buy everything is super cheap and not as good as pictured on their website.

I would give No star for this company. They advertise things that look good but send you rubbish. I had a pendant done for my daughter who loss her dog and I got a very badly done pendant. When I asked them, they said they will reproduce if I oaid for the postage. I said yes but show me what it looks like before I do. They said yes. Have not heard from them for 2 weeks and they tell me that they were waiting for me to send them postage money. I said I fudnt agree to that and would like a refund and I get this response.

Hello,our products are Specially customized, can not be sold for the second time. If you insist on a refund, you only have a total refund of 70%. And the refund process is cumbersome, the cycle to be more than a month. And you have to send the product you received back to us .So you have to bear the return shipping costs and so we confirm receipt of the package, we began to process your refund.So a lot of trouble, I hope you seriously consider and look forward to you Of the reply, thank you

Terrible product and when I had a issue won’t help at all

I placed an order through this website and got very hesitant after reading the reviews, I didn’t know what to expect …after I received my package in the mail I was very happy to see how beautiful my bracelet came out , with the photo and everything! Though every person does have their own experience but mine was truly awesome, the ONLY con will be the amount of time it takes to ship, and arrive.

I've been waiting for like 3 weeks and hasn't even shipped yet!
