Non-Barcoded Property Tags
My Agency had not ordered such tags for more than seven years and was not searchable in the new Metalcraft system. However, after providing information from the order seven years ago, the service rep cross-searched customer information from the old system database and was able to locate the order specifications, which allowed my Agency to place a new order. Also, the service rep added all of our previous order history from the old database to the new system to make it easier for future order requests.
As for the current order, the tags were received quickly and in full. Thanks, Metalcraft for a job well-done.
