My experience with idrese was excellent. The website was easy to use. I initially heard of idrese through youtube. After doing my research i decide to give them a try. I order a belgian slipper and i was very happy with the result. The quality is high end. I am a happy customer. This is coming from someone with a lot of experience with loafers. I loved my first pair so much i decide to order two more pairs of belgian slipper. Keep up the good work guys.

I hate shopping for shoes because they don’t match the quality of Idrese. Yes, it takes a while and isn’t like going out and picking it up from a shoe store, but the wait is well worth it.

I just received my fourth pair roughly a month ago (Chelsea boots, dress shoes, sneakers, and now a leather boot), and I’m just amazed by the quality. The price seems hefty on the front end, but I’ve saved so much money because these shoes last and I don’t have to worry about them getting destroyed in two months and buying a new pair.

They definitely stand out, and I get a lot of compliments on them. Definitely going to keep buying shoes from here.

Heard about Idrese on YouTube from a men’s style provider. Did a little research and decided to go with the Micah boot (in black). Jawad was very helpful in helping me decide on the correct size. An added touch was Idrese reaching out periodically to let me know where they were in completing my order. My boots actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected! They look great and feel very comfortable! Sizing is spot on. Will be ordering a brown pair soon!

First of all, I do not know where to start. In a nutshell, I love this company. I ordered the Idrese Morgans in a custom color of medium brown with a burnish. The wonderful people at Idrese guided me through the process. This company really took the time to guide me through the process and made this experience like no other. When my order finally came in, my order exceeded all of my expectations. They looked better than I expected and they were comfortable from the get go with little to no break in. The quality of the shoes (goodyear welt) are just as amazing as my buying experience. As stated earlier I've never had an experience like this buying shoes. They are very personable and they make you feel like you've known each other for years. I will definitely buy again ! Ordering the Nunos as we speak!

The only con I have that it took over 4 weeks to get to Vancouver, Canada. That was mainly because of the Christmas rush, so it was no fault of Idrese. Also make sure you are aware of the custom and duty policies. With that being said, it wasn't a big deal because the customer service and shoes were 100% worth it.

Great customer service. I had a situation and I got a response from Jawad right away and he walked me through the process to make sure everything was handled in the proper and correct way. Great job Jawad! I really appreciate you being patient with me, my guy is going to love the boots!

I designed 3 pairs and they came out exactly how they looked on the custom platform. The dress shoes are great, the boots are even better, and the customer service is professional. Sizing is easy. I measured my foot from heel to big toe as accurately as possible like they told me and then I compared my size in inches to what I saw on their size guide. It was a lot less complicated than I thought. I recommend this brand.

I'm extremely happy. A little while ago I bought a pair of Koios and I've been kind of sad about how much they've creased and how they're really not super comfortable to walk in. The Nuno's beat my Koio's in every category.

I've had them for 3 months and they do slightly crease...but it's barely noticeable. The leather seems to be slightly thicker and maybe better quality. It seems like my Nunos are holding their shape way better than my Koios. I do have shoe trees for both pairs but my Nunos look much fresher.

They're also much more comfortable to walk in. It actually feels like I have support wearing Nunos and I'm sure they'll probably get even more comfortable as I continue to break them in. I usually wear a size 9.5 and size 9 fit fine for me for the Nunos. My toes do hit the edge of the shoe as well... I'm hoping that as I wear them more that will change.

One slight downside is that I tried buying a pair of shoe trees through Idrese and they wouldn't honor my purchase. Apparently the shoe trees are custom made for each shoe... So they won't send you shoe trees after your shoes are delivered to you. You have to buy everything all at once.

Overall, I'm still happy with my purchase and I will buy from them again.

Without a doubt, when considering a purchase from Idrese, just go ahead and make it – you won't be disappointed. The wait is truly worth it. I adore my Nuno shoes; they fit perfectly, are incredibly comfortable, and break in easily. They're also incredibly versatile. I'm already eyeing other styles from them. Their customer service is exceptional as well! Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had from Idrese. There was a shipping issue with my boots and the owner reached out to me personally and let me know what was happening. I also had to start an exchange as I ordered the wrong size, and the owner helped me select the correct size and was also in constant contact with me keeping me in the loop of all the happenings during the exchange and manufacturing process. When my boots arrived they were all I had hoped for and more. The quality is outstanding, the fit is great and they look amazing. They are built to last, and being Goodyear welt, they can be re-soled again and again as the sole gets worn down over time. These boots will be in my collection for a very long time. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. A+ Idrese. Thanks again!

Great customer experience! The shoes fit true to size and true to the customer's vision, I cannot wait to come up with my next design

Idrese has customer service out of this world. I bombarded them with email maybe a dozen of questions and every time I got an answer in like one minute even on a sunday.. You read that right on a sunday! These guys take their work and customers seriously! Covid caused some delays and problems in production but I was kept well informed on the situation which was top tier personal customer service!

To report about the product itself I bought the Harvey chelsea boots and they are stunning! In this price point I have yet to discover better quality and I don’t know how they do it. The boots scream luxury in every way from the beautiful crepe sole, stunning classic beige suede to the great feeling feet hugging insole. I only made a mistake myself and got my pair slightly too large at least to my own taste, I think a chelsea boot should fit snug especially at first wears since the quality leather will mold to your foot. I could have returned them but chose to keep the pair instead but in the future I will order half a size smaller. The size I got is 10,5D so next time I will order size 10D. To help others find the right size I wear US 10,5 in Stan smiths and US 10 in converse all star high’s.

Idrese gets an easy 5 out of 5 and for me is the new customer service and price to quality ratio champion brand to beat.

Well made, beautiful, comfortable, just a few words to describe these wonderful sneakers, or trainers as we call them in the UK.
I've been wearing my White Nuno for well over a month now and I can honestly say that they are the best sneakers I've ever owned, if I'm honest they weren't very comfortable out of the box, and may I add a very nice one at that, however they have moulded to my feet beautifully over time becoming my go to footwear of the season.
I will definitely be purchasing a pair of the Black ones very soon.
If you need any information regarding your footwear Jawad is always at hand to give you an honest and friendly answer.

Excellent and well-done Goodyear welt boots are the most comfortable and perfect looking boots that you can dress down or up any time you want. I am looking to buy a second pair of Idrese shoes soon from them. Also, I have to mention that the customer service is very professional and helpful.

I checked out a few other pairs of Chelsea boots that were suede in the same color. Even ordered another pair from a different brand that were cheaper but didn't fit well and didn't look as nice. (They were returned) Once I received these all I can say is, "Fantastic"!! They look great! Fit great! Feel great! No break-in period required. Plus the silhouette of the boot gives it better styling than the others I looked at. Based on my experience with European footwear, these are made in Spain, I ordered a half size smaller than my normal size and they fit perfect. If you are looking for a quality Chelsea suede boot then you definitely want to invest in these. I'm happy I did!

Can’t find anything bad to say. The shoes are amazing, customer service is A1, and the quality and comfort of all three pairs I’ve ordered is unmatched. Always receive compliments on my shoes and they look and feel like shoes I’ve paid $300 more for. Well done!!!

IDRESE took care of me. Had a small problem with fitting. The shoe presentation was excellent. I ordered the bags and even remembered my shoe horn. The shoes looked exactly like the website pictures. They must have had a master craftsman build the chelsea boot. I like the ankle openings on the boots. The width on these should always go up a half size.

Got a pair of black Preston shoes about a year ago when I started a new job. I spend my day on my feet, running in and out of the lab, and these shoes are so comfortable. They look great and have held up nicely.

Great shoes, super comfortable didn’t even have a break in period. highly recommend them!

Despite being inconvenienced by the Covid mess I have to say that these people genuinely care about you. They care enough about their business'reputation to produce quality and stand behind it. From day one every one of the reps I contacted as they worked on getting all 3 pairs of my shoes to me were enthusiastically polite. Never been treated this kindly by any business. You can't go wrong doing business with these good folks. They threw in shoe bags and horns for good measure and always quickly answered all of my questions nearly instantly. Will definitely buy again for many years to come.
