Highly unprofessional company (both hydropoinics.eu and idroponica.it (same company Player SRL - I guess this name suits their attitude)). Placed a large order, no one want’s to answer e-mails (my bad, 1 answer in 2 weeks) or phone calls (phones of hydroponics.eu are NONEXISTENT). Idroponcs.it washes their hands away and doesn’t car or express an interest to help.. Even tho it’s the exactly same SRL)))
Order is fully payed but hasn't been managed for more than 2 weeks!
No refund and no order…

I messaged the team from their contact for a discount code because I was spending a few hundred euros and they messaged me back 12 hrs later with a code and expedited shipping! Great service, great products, and I’ve never had an issue with shipping from them, in fact it’s always been very fast! High recc ya’ll!!!!
