FIRST TIME buyer
It was my first time ordering from idyl and I couldn’t have been more satisfied! The chain and diamonds sparkles so beautifully. I’ve always told myself I would always prefer natural diamonds over lab grown diamonds but as I did my research I wanted to give idyl a try and I’m so glad I did. Now I can’t seem to stop ordering from them! I love all the pieces I got and would definitely order more in the future.

shocking quality for £1750 jewellery
I bought a £1750 necklace pendant and found a FOOD MARK on the diamond and a MASSIVE SCRATCH on the gold setting. I couldn’t believe eyes and the level of poor quality for such a high value item.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and they have never arrived. Very hard to contact anyone from the company. It was a very expensive purchase. Extremely disappointing.

ProJewelry box was missing
I am super happy with the items I received, but the jewelry box that was promo’s was not sent with my initial order. Luckily I wanted another pair of earrings, so you were able to send it with that, but I feel like there should have been compensation for the error…if I didn’t place another order the jewelry ox would have had to be sent on it’s own. My first order met the minimum requirement and was shown as being included when checking out

Love the length of the necklace the whole reason I bought this necklace. It’s because the adjustable length when I set it to the shortest lengths the rest of the necklace continue to be tangled up and it’s quite annoying and not presentable.

I ordered the Esme chain in yellow gold. the craftsmanship of the piece is great, love the chain so beautiful it elevated my ear game really recommend getting it. as for my order i received it less than two weeks.

Finally treating myself!
I'm 54 years old and have never had real diamonds. This year, I finally decided to invest in a few pieces of fine jewelry. I purchased the medium studs in white gold, the Capri add-ons in white gold, the necklace chain in white gold and in yellow gold (for versatility) and the Lola and Rio pendents in white gold. I saw someone else who had both pendants on a single chain and I loved it! I'm very pleased and I think my next purchase will probably be the Paris add-ons in white gold. Excellent company!
