Terrible customer service, no answers to emails - also tried the online form, Facebook and Instagram. On Instagram they responded to say "use this email to contact us" but after a week still no response to the email.
I requested a refund and asked them to cancel my order after their website showed the items hadn't been dispatched after a week. email I got back said items would be dispatched soon! I again asked to cancel the order, the reply was the items are on their way. So its taken over two weeks to deliver the order from a site which I thought was in Ireland. The stuff is rubbish quality, its going back and I will have to pay for the return despite asking them to cancel! terrible company
Purchased hoodies from here, they looked like old stock and did not have the same color brilliance as on the site. Trying to return it back and they are not receptive at all. There was no return label in my pack, seems like am forced to keep the product. Very bad experience, never buy on this online site :(
