Received an unexpected charge of 12.95 euro 8 weeks after purchase.

I bought some furniture wipes that cost €11.95 but didn’t realise that I was signing up for a membership that would cost me €12.95 per month. I have emailed this company a number of times got one reply telling me to login to my account to cancel my membership. Tried this but I don’t have an account. Please be careful when purchasing from this website as what you are buying will cost you more than you think.

Seemed to sign up to some subscription I wasn’t aware of which I had to cancel. Bank contacted me about it an couple
of times. Item took 2 weeks to arrive.

I purchased 2 items and only one arrived. The Pulsshop returned the money for the missing item but one of my kids was not happy about not receiving a gift.

Otherwise the eComerce is ligit and their services are grand.

Very very bad service no delivery no email no response nothing

I bought a perfume from this site, but afterwards I started getting monthly charges of €12.95 that I never agreed to. I did not sign up for any subscription. Please cancel these charges immediately.

After that i found out they took my 12.95 eu .
And they hasn't reply my email.
I am very unhappy.

Never using again sent my package at the wrong address almost 3 hours away

You buy from this company and they set up a subscription. Total scam. They keep taking the money even tho you cancel. Unacceptable

Tracking says they still haven't shipped it two weeks later and I have emailed three times, reviews about them being a scam seem to be legit
