Took forever to come them when it came they left me 1 short ad they had not got. No contact of anybody. Wouldn't use again

As CeX does not have a centralised warehouse, the stock is sourced from various CeX stores across the region. Thus, in instances such as yours, before the online order is processed, it may be noticed that products may be sold in the store, assigned to another online order or may not be in a condition to be dispatched.

The next time you place an order with CeX you may include the same item again along with the other items, if available in stock.

Further, when an online order is dispatched, usually delivery should take no more than 3 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 14 working days for the items to arrive, as all items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across the region.

I ordered an oculus meta quest 2

I ordered an oculus meta quest 2, grade B, for €190.
It arrived within reasonable time, well packed.
The reason I gave 2 stars was the condition of the oculus. It looked dirty, with blond hairs stuck to the lining. Battery life doesn't seem great. At least, it should have been cleaned and had the battery checked before sending it across.
I'm thinking of returning it.

they sent my order to the wrong place…

they sent my order to the wrong place across the country and then they refunded me 8 euro less than i was supposed to get

I ordered 3 dvds

I ordered 3 dvds. One was cancelled because they couldn't find it in there shops. Received one and still waiting on 1 more. I will not get the last one because ordered weeks ago. Terrible service all round. It was my first time ordering dvds, won't ever again from CEX

3 times in a row got a different RAM sizes

3 times in a row got a different RAM capacity than bought.

First time was in Tallaght CeX, ordered pick-up of two 16gbs sticks and got two 8gbs sticks. Well okay, I thought, returned it and got 1 from Clondalkin CeX… and it was 4gbs instead of 16gb this time. At the same time I ordered 16gbs for delivery, and got 8gbs again.

If they cant check the ram capacity they sell, imagine how they check other electronics then.

I purchased a ZTE 3000 router from CeX…

I purchased a ZTE 3000 router from CeX (ie.webuy.com) and was left disappointed. The product description did not mention that the device uses firmware from the Three Ireland network.

The router itself is not locked to a specific network, however the installed firmware significantly limits its functionality compared to the original version. This is an important detail that directly affects the user experience, and it should have been clearly stated in the product description.

In practice, the device differs from the standard version a buyer would expect. I was expecting a router with original firmware and full functionality, but that was not the case.

I consider the listing misleading due to the omission of this key information. I would recommend clarifying such details before purchasing.
