Minor scratches are acceptable on Games and Blu-rays as long as they play. Great headphones at a good value
I received the headphones in almost perfect condition — the exterior and functionality were spot‑on and exactly as described. My only critique is that the headphones should have been cleaned more thoroughly prior to dispatch, as this would have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. Still, very satisfied overall.
