DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THIEVES!!!
This company is absolutely a let down and a disappointment. I placed an order 13 days ago. I paid for priority shipping as I have a Halloween event in 3 days from today. Priority shipping g should have taken 2-4 days according to the app. It's been 2 weeks. After several emails and no reply,I finally get a reply yesterday only for "Joanna" to give me this totally bogus response

I ordered a hooded blanket from iEdm and knew it would take about 10 days to be made as stated on the site. When I contacted customer service via email because I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time for Lost Lands because the tracking info still said “Order Placed,”they replied quickly and shipped it just in time. I got it in the mail yesterday and just left a few hours ago. 10/10 for customer service. I do wish my hooded blanket was a littleeeee bit thicker, but it’s beautiful and very soft!

Poor customer service.. took 1 month and half to ship my order .. message them multiple time and they keep saying my order was shipped which it wasn't.. they give me a tracking number that was not working
Not trustworthy
I purchased 2 clearance items specifically because they were next business day shipping. The purchase was September 1st, it is now September 12th and the items still haven’t shipped. I’ve sent 3 emails. Received one correspondence that they’d get back to me but I haven’t heard anything. I Made sure to purchase these items 3 weeks in advance for an event. The event is the 18th and it doesn’t look like I’ll get them in time. I thought I’d give this company a try despite the other reviews. I guess I should have listened! I’d give zero stars at this point if I could.
Good experience
My experience with iEDM has been great. I received my order within a couple of weeks of ordering. I did reach out to make sure that it was processed and on its way and by the next day I had my tracking number and a date of arrival. I love my outfit( Lost Lands 2024) and can’t wait to wear it!

I placed my order before EDC, but this company has ABYSMAL chain supply issues. Do NOT order unless you can afford to wait 3-4 weeks for your items.
After my original review, they tried bribing me with a $7 refund.
Again, they're somehow getting Trust Pilot to take down reviews so I'll just make sure mine comes back! As long as it takes!
Sorry but a big experience was kinda ruined because of their lack of communication. Customers should know what they're getting into ordering from you.

I love the variety of original styles and the overall vibe of this site and company! I get a lot of compliments when I go out wearing iEDM gear :) orders arrive quickly and without excess packaging so it fits in the mailbox! Pretty good deals especially if you follow the sales from their flash sale emails.

Ordered early June for EF
Ordered early June for EF, a week before EF realized I never saw a ship notification so I emailed asking to cancel. 2 min after this I received a USPS shipping label created email. 5 min later I receive an email telling me to “check my spam folder because the order already shipped and it cannot be canceled”. I emailed back asking them not to play this game and please refund the order. It shipped, it arrived at home during EF. I returned it to sender, asked for a refund. A month later - nothing. ^ reiterated my refund request, they emailed saying it was returned to them but not to worry, for $6.95 they’d send it back out to me! Finally, having enough, I reiterated the timeline and indicated I would file a claim with my CC company if they didn’t fully refund. They finally issued a refund

Probably lost my money, frustrating experience
Overall the experience with iEdm has been frustrating, time consuming and it looks like I'm gonna sit on a 110$.
Ordered the 6th of MAY.
Review the 10th of JULY and it's not over.
After not receiving any shipping notification for more than 2 weeks, I started engaging in communication. well email email--back and forth-- a month and half later I finally received my T-shirt and pants. Big disappointment: the print on the T-shirt was not straight and small. Pants print was beautiful BUT the pant quality was not stretchy (very convenient pants for dance moves isn't it) and very warm, kinda plush feel inside.
Well I asked for a full refund, and in a very confusing email, they couldn't refund me but they will refund me.. confusing. I received the confirmation of a refund email. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the money in my account. And I wrote them. Again.
Am I about to lose 110$? Isn't it a theft?

Their products are solid as they always have been. I placed my order on June 4th (2 weeks after edc).. I didn’t receive my order until 24 days later. I understand festival season has them overflowed, but they need to do a better job of figuring out their supply chain issues. They included a coupon code in my order, but in my opinion, if my order took nearly one month to receive, they need to atleast include a free shirt. If you’re ordering during “festival season”, do yourself a favor and order your stuff 6-8 weeks in advance!
Don’t order from this site
I ordered a shirt and paid extra for expedited delivery, only to find out when the latest date id expect it to come in it had not even shipped yet. This site is very misleading on ship times, don’t expect your stuff on time and definitely don’t pay extra for expedited shipping as it means nothing.
Ordered on the 24th of may with express…
Ordered on the 24th of may with express shipping for 40,00€. Should have been there in the 8 or 9th of june. Asked about my order, as it hasn't been shipped and the only answer I received was, that they will update me shortly, never heard anything else. When I still haven't got any news I asked to cancel the order. When I filed a complaint to PayPal, suddenly the banadans were finished and shipped the same day. I just got them on the 14th of june, three weeks after ordering.
They look good but definetly aren't worth the wait. And as I payed for the express delivery but it wasn't express I'm not happy at all, I don't even need them anymore.

In the confirmation I got it says the production time is five business days, not five to seven. I can gladly send you a screenshot. How is shipping the package on the 12th of june in time? Even considering memorial day as a day off the package should have been send the 31th of may, latest could have been the 4th of june.
The 12th of june, day of sending my order, has been 12!!! business days after the day of ordering!
It is ridiculous that you try to take the blame of yourself when you can't finish an order in time.
And given the fact that you can answer to a bad review but can't even provide your customers with answers to their questions they asked three times via mail shows everthing.
