My experience with Tom has been incredibly positive. His lessons are a lot of fun and go beyond simple test preparation. You'll find yourself talking and listening to amusing anecdotes or getting recommendations on films, books, and TV series. Tom helped me unlock my English skills. For writing, he assigns tasks in every lesson and dedicates as much time as needed for corrections. A true Superprof, highly recommended!

Tom is an excellent teacher, passionate about his work, and enthusiastic. He prepares his lessons diligently and is always willing to listen, even when the student, myself included, digresses and talks about unrelated topics during the lesson. I've had quite a lot of really nice and useful speaking sessions with Tom. I've been having them for about 2 years on and off. What I really like about speaking with Tom is that we can discuss whatever topic I want. And it's also crucially important that Tom provided me with useful target vocabulary whenever I had any difficulties with expressing myself clearly. All in all, I highly recommend speaking lessons with Tom. Not only is he a native speaker with a brilliant authentic English accent, but he's also a very experienced teacher and a wonderful, emotionally intelligent person, who is really pleasant to talk to.

I prepared for the IELTs Academic with Tom several months in 2023. What I really loved about the lessons is that they were really well-structured and provided with materials I was able to use then, to practice some tasks on my own. That was really helpful for the Writing part of the exam.
As for Speaking, I appreciated lessons dedicated to certain topics most common for IELTs, as I was able to develop my vocabulary and general English while practicing on the certain parts of the exam.
Al lessons were full of support and encouragement.
As a result, I've got band 7,5:)

My English teacher, Tom Oxford, is one of the best teachers I've ever had. His teaching and teaching methods are very familiar to students, so it doesn't take long for them to integrate into his teaching style. He gave me a lot of advice and suggestions regarding job hunting, and I was able to successfully get a job offer. The important thing is to trust your teacher's guidance, follow his instructions, and continue with the lessons.
