Ordered gt600 and saw the abnormal delivery expense (70$), contacted the seller right away through their website, they've responded after a days with discount proposal, but I refused, so they've placed order on hold and didn't responded for 3 weeks.
Had to contested with my bank and had to wait for 30 days from the transaction date
Purchased GT500 Laptop Cooling Pad (Black - V2 - ) for £88.89, Product lasted just over 1 year and couple of days and stop working. Emailed supplier several time but was ignored, no help what so ever. Once they got your money and its gone. Poor customer service, more of a chinese scam company.
I biught a gt500 laptop cooler last yeah it broke within the first year. When i have tried to contact iets support for a warrenty claim they messaged back once to sya try a different wire. I did this and it did not work so contacted them again. Its currently been around 3 weeks and i am still waiting for a responce. The support customer service is terrable. I left a review on their website outlineing this issue and they deleted my review so it can not be see by other customers. Which in its self seems very dodgy.
