Few passengers are aware of their consumer rights protected under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 and many lack the will or legal knowledge to go through with a claim. The compensation depends on the length of the flight but also how many hours the flight was delayed and varies between €250-600 per passenger. You are entitled to flight delay compensation in accordance with the regulation when you flew with an EU Airline that took off or landed within the EU. The regulation is also applicable when you flew with a Non-EU Airline that departed from within the EU. The time limit for claims regarding cancelled, delayed or overbooked flights is determined by the national laws of each EU member state and is usually between 3-10 years

Ifdelayed cost us thousands.

Ifdelayed took our flight delay case to court (with the promise it was completely safe for us), and lost it. Then Ifdelayed went bust.
We now have had to pay the airline their court fees (nearly 10k€). The airline threatened us personally, so of course we had to pay up.
The "new owners" of Ifdelayed are not willing to help us in any meaningful way.
Be very cautious with your dealings with this sort of compensation company.

Never Again.

Had my flight covered with ifdelayed, had it canceled by KLM due to covid restriction, could use the voucher due to restriction and now, after one year, i've been told by ifdelayed that they won't even fight for the cause because covid was "external cause" and the company isn't responsible for that. Yeah, good one. Never again.

Miserable service by Flightfinder.no and serious fraud from IFdelayed

"Why do you promote and sell additional services during the ticket purchase without clear arguments upfront? I paid for a service that you later claim I'm not entitled to."

"Hvorfor markedsfører og selger dere tilleggstjenester under billettkjøpet, uten klare argumenter på forhånd? Jeg betalte for en tjeneste som dere senere hevder jeg ikke har krav på."

Bought a plane ticket from travel agency flightfinder.no on 7 January 2020
The company offer Ifdelayed insurance, Think it was exciting service and I bought it. Eventually when Covid 19 appeared the journey could not be completed. The travel agency has not been helpful and they recommended I should contact airlines directly for a refund.

Contacted Ifdelayed for the extra insurance I bought. But almost after two months received the following answer: "After review of your claim, we have concluded that you are not eligible for compensation.

Reasons: The flight operator is a non-EU member and the disruption occurred outside the EU and the scope of the regulation.

Miserable service by Flightfinder.no and serious fraud from IFdelayed.

USELESS

In the current situation where we where forced to pay for ifdelayed service the have proven that it was a waste of money.
The service i got was NOTHING. The (ifdelayed.com)where useless.
Don't use flightfinder.dk and ifdelayed.com

Big help getting me a refund

Big help getting me a refund, due to 8 hours delay, when Norwegian said no. If Delayed maid sure that I did get some money back. Very much appreciated! It's more or less impossible to achieve that on your own.

Professional and honest

I’m very satisfied with the service

I’m very satisfied with the service! Good information regarding the process and I received the money in time as promised. The only minus is that they take 30% which I think is quite much.. but better than nothing!

Received professional help and got…

Received professional help and got reimbursed for my delayed flight. Only downside was that it took about 6 months to get the money, probably due to stubborn flightcompany.

Didn't believe that it would work

Didn't believe that it would work in first place but thought that since I am not paying any fee to get started wouldn't hurt to try. The process went amazingly fast, nobody asked me to share any weird data and I even got a refund of almost 350 euro (2 passengers) within 1 week from the time of the claim submission! Truly recommend it!
