Horrible customer service! I ordered a youth smal and received an adult small. I began sending emails instantly and no response! This mistake could have been corrected in time for my son’s special event at school where he needed this shirt, but nope! Nothing. I will never order again. I even sent a pic of my original order and what was sent. Terrible job!!!

Delivery of product was really fast and the sweater I ordered was just as advertised.

The products shipped quickly and when I received them they were exactly as they had been shown online. I bought a mug and t-shirt and both are amazing products

Kept trying to cancel it right after I ordered the t-shirts over and over again but I didn't get a response so I have them t-shirts are what I expected customer service yes bad

Buyer Beware! I ordered items to be sent to relatives for Christmas. They never received the gifts. I have emailed the company several times asking for a refund. I have never received a response. Merry Christmas iFrogTees!

The tshirt is poor quality and kind of stiff material. There were strings hanging from some of the seams. The print was ok but there was green smudges if ink on random area of the shirt. Ordered Dec 7th but didn’t come in time for Christmas, but couldn’t have given as a gift anyway, due to the poor quality.

Took much much MUCH longer to deliver. Got the correct size and correct shirt, so other than the shipping time it was nice.

Unfortunately, the shirt we ordered came and was disappointing due to the very fuzzy and unclear graphic. The print is blurry. I reached out to inquire about an exchange, and after two attempts have resigned myself to the fact that I'm stuck with a $30 Chemis-tree t-shirt that will just be blurry if I ever wear it at all.

Slow delivery. Ordered for Christmas, didn't receive it until Jan.

This my 2nd mug, the first one I got was broken and tried several times to email and sent pictures and never heard from anyone, and it was a Christmas gift . That was the mug I really wanted to get my son, so I ordered another one, just got it today and it was not broke but I ordered the 15oz and got the smaller one. I would never recommend any one to order from here. I would at least like my money back for the 1st one. Very poor customer service. And why don't you have a phone number to call that in it self should of told me not to order anything.

Was looking for a Tesla logo mug and having a difficult time finding one in a larger 15oz size when I came upon this sleek black mug with red Tesla logo from ifrogtees. First time ordering from this company and am very happy with this purchase. This is a quality mug perfect for a coffee lover. Came in a well packaged shipping carton in perfect condition. A great gift for a Tesla lover!

I ordered a 2 X. It was more like a medium or large.

The shirt is a perfect fit. The material is soft and good quality. Shipping was fairly quick and I was sent lots of updates on the status of my purchase. I would definitely order from this site again.
