I ordered 2 bracelets on the 12th of December and paid £29 pound for express shipping (3-5) business days. I have now been told that it won’t arrive until the 29th of December. I only paid for express shipping so it would be delivered before Christmas. No response from customer service.

Awful - sent incorrect item - customer service so unhelpful rude - item I did receive was such poor quality cheap orange metal colour I ordered silver. Avoid at all costs - refused to refund me. Scam company - you won't get what expected.
