IGG lies, they always say we will investigate, I have showed them video, pictures and crayon drawings...lol they couldn't catch a BOT if the bit told them it was a bot. There app crashes at minimum 5 times a day, check your own phone if you have it. Doesn't matter phone, tablet or PC. They say and I quote and stop me if you've heard this from IGG 20 plus times... We found no anomolies. They don't check, 90% of all data streams have anomolies especially server based games... but this company is perfect never any anomolies. How could it be you ask... its not they want money you got it. They promise a fair and balanced game experience but I guarentee you over half the players are BOTS. I was recently in K622 and bits were rampant. Imagine how fast someone can perform 4 page movement and clicks take a few seconds but bots perform those movements faster and watching the bots move from castle in milliseconds filming that, but IGG still can't catch them... most OG players have retired many people have just walked away but IGG states an enormous amount of users. Almost everyone I know who plays has a minimum of 5 castles. So for every 100 castles there's only 20 players. I wonder if investors know that..?

I downloaded my first game from this site and got a virus who tried to steal all my accounts and deleted half and more of the apps i had. My rating is below 0.

WORST EVER!! If you are looking for a game to cheat on, this is it!! Google the cheat codes and they can be purchased. My account was banned for allegedly transferring chips after buying chips. I contacted them and asked for proof. They kept saying rest assured they have looked at the evidence. So, in Banning my account, they stole my money I used to buy chips. I started a new account and they allowed me to purchase smaller chip packages. The bigger packages are a better deal. I contacted them, they assured me they fixed the issue so I can purchase bigger packages. They lied. Been going back and forth with them and its NEVER the same person who responds. I laid out by the numbers what is going on and they still don't understand. Although quick to send a response to an email, its a bunch of words that do not help you. Their customer service is no service...It SUCKS. Do I think the game is rigged so you will lose your chips and buy more? OF COURSE. Its a business. But, I'm done with this site. Much better ones out there.

Igg poker deluxe is a controlled app. You can play for weeks without a winning hand. They will bankrupt you and hope you will purchase more chips. It a Frustrating game people. There is a better game out there people

So for all those people who complain about viruses and malware its just like steamunlocked all downloads are safe but all Redirects or popups are trash ignore that and you won't get any malware/viruses/spyware
ITS THAT SIMPLE and USE A VPN or A ANTIVIRUS

People complaining about virus are ignorant. This is a pirate site, expect pop-up ads. If you click download and a new tab opens up. CLOSE IT. I REPEAT CLOSE IT! Those are ads. I'm using this site for 10 years and I didn't get any virus. You can download pirated games safely if you know what you are doing.

refused to give my accoutn back that i spent money on. tho i gave them IGG ID, screenshots. paypal info of what and when i bouht stuff. THEY SCAM YOU! DO NEVER SPEND MONEY ON IGG GAMES

goddamn just don't click on ads! yall are getting viruses because you are clicking on ads! also there are several ways to download. from mega up, google drive, mega nz. for example if you will click on google drive and it will take you to another site, JUST CLOSE IT AND DOWNLOAD AGAIN! IT IS AD. that's why you got virus. for me this is awesome site and fully safe but with dangerous ads.

ive used this website for a long time now but something is different about igg games now. it has pop up ads and it takes me to other websites when i try to click on anything. it wasnt like this before and i need answers if its still trustable or not

Honestly amazing site I have downloaded countless games and only once had a bad expierence but that was probably 1-2 years ago it seems generally safe.

I was just trying to download Hell: Senua’s sacrifice from this igg-games.com website and when it finished I went over to my files and extract the game files and immediately without even opening the game windows difference had already detected a virus called “ trojan:Generic.dx!tus” I thought it might have just been a false positive so I turned off my pc and wanted to save the game for tomorrow and come back and launch and start playing it. But little did I know the Trojan was real and when I turned on my pc it started very slowly then usual and I started to get worried it never started so slowly before. Then when my pc finally started i headed over to my files. And after a few seconds windows defender had notified again that there was yet another virus and this time it was a “ worm:Win32/Gamarue!rfn”. This time I knew for sure it wasn’t a false positive. It’s not possible for a goddamn computer worm to be “false positive”. Now my computer is ruined and it’s all thanks to igg. I hope to god this website gets taken down, websites like this are only to ruin people computers

yeah i was dumb to not realize it was a virus. but just the fact that they support it is F****ed up. Came here to write this after finally getting rid of the virus after 6-8 hrs of removing it. just don't do it guys...

Terrible site. Used to be good. Now they force you to disable adblock, google link was down, was forced to download trough mega, this, WITHOUT my consent, attempted to download TWO 332kb virus files with names identical to the proper file. I refuse to support a site that supports virus and malware spreading just to get some ad revenue

all fun that they want you to disable your add blocker , which is oke in a way

but litterely adds every 2 or 3 seconds is overkill

loved the site , but this is just F up , and won't recomended anymore

I'm using igg games for a few years and i got no virus, it's not that hard to use 5 braincells to know not to press on any of the ads, and be prepared to press ctrl+w whenever something pops up. Also use google drive if possible, if not, mega up works too but dont press on the ads. Don't be stupid

Fuc*** my PC up and i had to delete my Discord with a long subscription and lost a lot of friends on the internet. Piece of sh**!

1) Open CMD as Admin and run SFC /SCANNOW

2) Download virusTotal or Malwarebytes (or whatever AV you trust and run a FULL SCAN on your pc

3) Delete any viruses it lets you delete (some malware can make it's way out of the quarintine folder)

4) (only if you trust it) You can also use something called tron. It is able to compleatly remove BTC Mining viruses and other malware.
