dreadfull service , ordered square bay lintel 3rd week march . ig did not process for 5 days so delayed straight away, order acknowledgement came and stated delivery would now be 25th april . called on the 24th to double check this would happen to be told yes . surprise no lintel showed up , called again to be now told it had been put back to the 30th , no phone call to inform us and no reason given why , ig lintels office promised to call back to let me no and surprise no phone call back .my client is not happy

I Ordered my lintels middle of May and they have only just come. I was promised a lead time of 10days by this company. Well that was rubbish. They have only just arrived. I will never use this company again!
