While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Jonathan claimed that I can get 60%…

Jonathan claimed that I can get 60% more rental income with short term lets. In reality all I got was a destroyed flat that I need to repair now. I wanted to be compensated but I was brushed off and had to terminate the services with his company. Do not waste your time with Iglu.

This made me chuckle, we have only just noticed this post. How sore a bitter landlord you are, we did not have any dealings with you because we refused to manage your property.

Not only was it was very dirty and dangerous with little to no fire safety but it didn't meet legal requirements for a HMO property in the Salford area.

IGLU only ever dealt with the best landlords and not those who seek to abuse the law and their tenants or occupants. We have never had a contract with you.
