I have had decent service from igmeet in the past, but I have tried to use their services twice recently, and have had to force a refund through PayPal because I was charged for the item, and it never updated the order status from "Unpaid," even after 10 days.

They claim to have 24/7 Live service, but any time you attempt to make contact, the automation brushes you off saying all agents are busy. There are no agents.
They give you an automated message to leave your contact details so they can follow up. They never do.

I sent one email per day requesting an update, and only after I told them I had forced a refund did they send me a half assed response saying they would look into this.

Do not use this service. They are thieves.

Purchased ESO Gold, Nothing was sent and the seller didnt reply via email or PayPal,

bought multiple times and never had any problems, always super quick, up until the last order of crown crates for eso, it took a while and I could not find the delivery time anywhere so I asked in their live chat if everything was ok, someone responded saying " let me check" after that didnt get a responce even after asking for a second time, I wrote an email to their support asking for a refund a few hours later they delivered the crates, so its fine as far as Im concerned but maybe a bit sketchy at times. Waited 3 days in total.
