Amazing oven with world class customer service

I was bought a Minimo oven last year as a 40th birthday present by my family. Already a keen pizza ‘chef’ I was excited to take my game to the next level. I was NOT disappointed. The oven heats to 400c from a standing start in less than 30 mins and makes AMAZING pizzas (if I do say so myself).
I identified an issue with the firebrick after 4 or 5 uses, and when I raised it with Igneus, they posted me a new one, free of charge th next day.
This oven, coupled with the customer service, is next level. I don’t hesitate to recommend.

Having owned my Igneus Classico for…

Having owned my Igneus Classico for nearly six years I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with it.
A second set of firebricks required in that time!! Not bad really.
Cooked bread and spuds in it definitely need to do more with it. Pizzas are amazing guests love the sight of food being cooked and presented from oven to table, I would recommend this without hesitation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

see it is almost impossible to give a review on their website - I wonder why ? I bought the Igneous Ceramiko with a stand. Although it is possible to bring the oven up to pizza temperature of 400°C, keeping it at this temperature is almost impossible without burning a huge amount of wood. The heat retention is appalling, the outer shell heats up to well over 100°C. They claim it is a Pizza Oven and that it will fit 2-3 Pizza's; with the amount of wood required, that being half a bundle of kindling and a similar amount of logs, to keep it up to temperature - this is doubtful.

What made the experience even worse, was the customer service. I started communications very cordially, and they were just ignored. I had to chase to Andrew time and again to try and find a solution, and finally as they did not have one, they did not respond.

The Oven is dumped by the courier in front of your house on a pallet. - This is taken from their website ***Ceramiko ovens come in component parts and interlock to form a super-strong self sealing structure. Because of this it can be constructed in less than an hour. The modular construction means that you can easily carry the parts into position. Then you quickly interlock them on-site, without the need for expensive lifting equipment or cranes*** this comes in 3 parts, so the dome is probably 160kg in one solid piece - would you define this as easy to carry into position ?
