Running your own business is often really hard, especially when your business is only you. My coaching session with Luke was incredible, it gave me a brilliant outside perspective from someone who isn't involved in the business or industry. I originally booked in a coffee hour with Luke to go over a few issues I was having in my business since becoming a mum. We focused on a couple of different, specific goals I had for the business and Luke really helped me to see and plan how I was going to get from A to B. I've since booked in for Luke's Growth Lab package and I'm so excited to see where the business will go in the next few months! Having Luke help guide and coach me in my business is like having a colleague (much needed as a sole business owner!) and I really look forward to our monthly meetings where we assess what I've done the previous month but more importantly looking forward to the next stage of the business. Working on the business rather than just in it has been absolutely game changing for me and I've achieved goals I never thought I would be able to. I saw a post online from Ignite and Grow offering a hour session of coaching, but also doing a health check on myself and my business. Best of all it was over a coffee :)
Before the meeting I received a questionnaire from Luke, which asked me certain questions, these was then brought up in the meeting with things to help resolve them, and ongoing support with them for the future.
The environment that Luke set was relaxed and conversation flowed that easily the hour went by so fast. I’m looking forward to seeing Luke again in the future, to go through any big projects I have coming up, or issues I am experiencing that I need guidance on.
