Terrible company
Ordered mints, tyre gauges and bags for a fair. Nothing arrived in time. They were aware of deadlines of 30th September, rather than giving any notice on 27th September they advise that the bags will not arrive. The bags were required to put all the merchandise in for our fair.
I ended up paying a local company £4 per bag (double the original cost), as they were the only ones with a 3-day turnaround.
In the end of 3 items ordered only one is still due to arrive, which was supposed to have arrived by 27th September, but still not arrived.

I am truly sorry you experienced delays with your order resulting in having to source locally for a higher cost. I understand this caused frustration and was an inconvenience, however, in cases of internal delays our Sales team will do their best to find a solution, whether it be an alternative or an unbranded item, which unfortunately was not possible this time due to the production and delivery times.
The Sales team initially confirmed dispatch dates based on the information available at the time which afterwards did indeed change due to internal delays, which were then communicated to you. Apologies for the unfortunate situation which affected two items in your order. I can see the one item kept on the order has now been delivered and a refund has been issued for the cancelled items. We apologise for this matter.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your order and experienced delays and faulty items with damaged imprints. The communication between yourselves and the Sales team has been reviewed and your print issue complaint for the pens was recognised within 24 hours of receiving the contact, confirming this would be raised internally to resolve the matter as soon as possible. I do apologise if you feel the communication from the Sales team was not efficient or as expected. In terms of the delivery delays, a deadline was not confirmed by yourself prior to placing the order and once this was mentioned the Sales team advised of late deliveries due to the production times, which were confirmed beforehand to ensure this information was known. You were informed of the late deliveries as the confirmed deadline could not be met, which was communicated to you as soon as the date was confirmed and the information then recognised by yourself.
I can confirm the complaint has been reviewed and resolved internally by a full refund for the pens with damaged imprint. I apologise for the unfortunate matter and understand this caused frustration!

50 x Kelko Activity Tracker…
i I ordered 50 x Kelko Activity Tracker customised watches (7816) as a gift. When the package came, one item was faulty so i reported it to IGOPromo. I was sent a replacement from the manufacture within 2 working due to the good customer service from IGOPromo. The replacement item was not customised but was satisfied with the outcome as the error was from the manufactures end.

This is the fourth year I've used IGO Promo for promotional gifts and once again the service has been excellent. The staff are very helpful, the gifts I've ordered have all been good quality, and the printing is well done. My order has again been delivered promptly and without problems.

Shocking delivery times and appalling customer service
Placed an order 16 November 20 and it is now 05 Feb 2021 and i have still not received delivery. The worst part is these were Nordic hats for the winter and now it's going to be nearly spring by the time they arrive by the looks. Shocking customer service, i have not had a single update from the company - I can only find out by chasing them up. They say they will call or email me back but they never do. Won't be using them again.
