Extremely disappointing order process and repeated production errors
We had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Our original order was delayed, and we were later informed that the product we had selected was EOL. This information was not communicated proactively. We only found out after following up.
After switching to an alternative product, the proofing process became problematic. Despite providing a clear reference image and specific instructions regarding logo placement and size, the print proof was incorrect multiple times. Even the third proof did not match the provided reference — the logo proportions were still wrong.
The order was time-sensitive for a client event, and the delivery deadline was ultimately missed. Throughout this process, we experienced repeated delays, production errors, and significant stress.
The only compensation offered was a 10% discount, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience, additional work, and reputational risk caused by these issues.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the order. Based on our experience, the process lacked quality control, communication, and accountability.
We cannot recommend this company for time-critical or professionally important orders.

We take full responsibility for the fact that the process fell short of both your expectations and our own standards. While we worked to find a solution as soon as the situation was escalated internally, by the time we were able to take corrective action, the timeline was already extremely tight. That does not change the fact that the overall experience did not meet the level of service and experience we aim to provide to our customers.
